We stayed at Avan Plaza Hotel on Friday night and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast served was great, offering a good variety and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay in Yerevan!

Quiet place and very private The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby. If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room.

Thank you to the staff for the excellent service; you made sure I'd want to come back! They did my laundry and ironed it professionally, brought coffee to my room, called a taxi, and so on. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the hotel's location: a 10-minute taxi ride takes you to the city center. The 24-hour City store is nearby. There's also a bus stop right nearby. The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them. Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff.

We had a few small issues on arrival with the room not being ready, but overall it was a good stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The sofa bed in the room we were in desperately needs replacing, but otherwise fairly modern and it’s good value for money. The only issue worth considering is the loud music from the bar next door that lasts until late.

Rent a car company reception is within the hotel. All rooms are equipped with water jet for the WC which makes this hotel a great place for the people from middle east. Absolutely worth it!

The property is ideally situated and the comfort and cleanliness were excellent. As a base for touring it is ideal, there is not much to do in the hotel itself. The only thing I’d recommend is that they put a clearer sign and indication where to knock when arriving late at night. However, the staff were wonderful and can’t recommend it enough to others

Centrally Located Hotel Staff good, rooms are fine apart from 2 things, the air conditioning doesn't get very cool and the view is non existent.

My overall experience was okay. The rooms were good and cozy, and grocery stores are nearby. However, there was no note or staff present when I arrived from the airport. The washroom was not very clean and lacked a wiper and a Muslim/Bidet shower.

Yes, there are steps to climb to access the accommodation. But this is largely compensated by the terrace with the view of all of Yerevan and Mount Ararat during morning coffee or evening aperitif! Basic but comfortable room, special mention for the very good bedding and the Italian shower. And the price is very reasonable considering the location 5 minutes from Kaskad and the Materadaran Museum!

Great little family run boutique hotel/guesthouse close to cascade and a short walk from the city centre. Owner Artak and his family are all very kind and friendly. The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non.

I gave it a 5 because the spartan conditions were fine for a couple of nights. The mattress on the bed might have been a bit of a problem, but I didn't have any particular issues. This is a family hotel. It's on a mountain. You can't get to the door by taxi. You have to climb up about 30 narrow steps. It's very inconvenient for people with large luggage.
