It’s good for family stay we are family of 4 and have one small kid, it’s near everything. And there’s a park across the hotel.

Booked for a friend from abroad, he was super happy. The location is perfect for tourists, most attractions in the city center are in a walking distance. About 500 meters from the main square. Clean and comfy place with nice staff that will help with any matter.

This is a perfect match for families and groups of friends. The staff is very helpful, they speak fluent Russian and good English. The apartments are clean, tidy and well-equipped. Great value for money.

Very welcoming faces in the reception and great service. Wonderful place to stay with family or alone! Thank you for giving peace of mind while were there. We feel like we have our own home in Armenia for the next trip.

Not only a great location, but a welcoming and lovely guesthouse. Room was spacious and impeccably clean. 24 hour access to kitchen with coffee, tea, and treats. Lusine was extremely helpful with special requests. Was one of the many highlights of my time in Yerevan.

Nice place. We could complain only about bad smell in the shower, but it seems to be a common problem in Armenia. The restaurant is exceptionally good, although a little pricey by Armenian standards

I've stayed here for one week, the service (a very fast check in/ check out), the rooms and the restaurent La Fayette which is in the hotel were splended. I just can't wait to come back to Yerevan, and stay in this place again. Just don't forget to admire the view from hotel to Yerevan. It is great, even at the begining of the winter.

Yes, there are steps to climb to access the accommodation. But this is largely compensated by the terrace with the view of all of Yerevan and Mount Ararat during morning coffee or evening aperitif! Basic but comfortable room, special mention for the very good bedding and the Italian shower. And the price is very reasonable considering the location 5 minutes from Kaskad and the Materadaran Museum!

Great little family run boutique hotel/guesthouse close to cascade and a short walk from the city centre. Owner Artak and his family are all very kind and friendly. The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non.

I gave it a 5 because the spartan conditions were fine for a couple of nights. The mattress on the bed might have been a bit of a problem, but I didn't have any particular issues. The location is very convenient—near the Cascade, above the city center, with a great view. The hosts are polite and friendly.

This is a family hotel. It's on a mountain. You can't get to the door by taxi. You have to climb up about 30 narrow steps. It's very inconvenient for people with large luggage. In addition, all rooms do not have air conditioning. In the hot summer months, the room temperature is 30°C, making it impossible to sleep. There is an open-air balcony. You can wash clothes and cook.

The staff was always smiling and friendly. The room didn't have a window, so it felt a bit cramped, but it was clean and the towels were fluffy. The location was also convenient, closer to Republic Square.

We stayed from February 4 to February 11, 2024. In the city center, within the Ring Boulevard. Within walking distance of many shops, cafes and restaurants. And many other interesting things - I will not list them. Compact rooms with amenities and very polite staff.

The toilet and shower are on the same floor. There's no heating. The room has gas heating, but the owner refuses to raise the temperature, even if you ask. They only accept cash. It's hard to find. There's a kitchen. Drinking water and candy are provided. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly hosts, affordable, and you can use the kitchen. The shared bathroom would be fine, but I was unpleasantly surprised that it's a separate building that's constantly ventilated, meaning it's VERY COLD to shower there in the fall. The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was spacious and convenient for use and personal work, and the service was good. I suggest that the main entrance facing the street should have more prominent signage. On the 29th, I was at the entrance of a unit next door, and I knocked for a long time, waiting in the cold wind. I booked a room at Army Hostel when I realized it would be great to lie down and rest on a proper bed between flights. Pros: The location is fantastic! It's close to the Cascade and Republic Square. I also noticed a supermarket and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was quite comfortable, the outlets worked, and the shower was clean. For the price, everything was decent. It's a great place to stay for a while. Great location, close to France Square, just jump into the airport bus and the bus will end up across the hostel. Try to find a glass door, and you're there already. But please be mind that there isn't any lift to the hostel, but if you need any help the reception is ready to assist you :)

The location is excellent. The room is small, but has everything you need. There's a shared kitchen where you can cook or reheat food. The only drawback is the very high fifth floor with no elevator.

The accommodation is situated right in the center of Yerevan. The room was pretty clean and spacious enough. Beds were decent in comfort, but they were pretty worn. The check in and check out were very quick. The pricing was great. Everything in the room was a bit too worn out and/or stained. Bedding was very clean, though. 3.5/5

Perfect base for exploring Yerevan This place couldn’t be better located – right in the center, within walking distance of pretty much everything worth seeing in Yerevan. It was the perfect starting point for our stay in the city. The staff were kind and helpful, and even assisted us with some last-minute printing, which we really appreciated. All in all, a very convenient and pleasant stay.

The location is very accessible to all..from hotels,to cafes,to restaurants and shopping centres. A few minutes to North Avenue and more or less 6-8mins to Republic Square. I stayed there for 4 nights after checking out 2 other hostels. The mattress was not great, but everything else made up for it. It's on a ground floor tucked away from busy streets so you will definitely get a good night sleep. The curtains on beds are great and they have double lockers. The reception speaks basic English but if you can always use Google translate. No issue with staying after check...

We were upgraded to private room by the Hotel Owner and Manager. The room was clean and had the amenities like coffee maker, slippers. The location was perfect as all the city attraction was nearby. Mr Vardan the hotel manager was very helpful and courteous. he helped us with directions, famous restaurants and nearest foreign exchange. We will choose this hostel again on our next visit.

It's conveniently accessible from the airport, literally a 5-minute taxi ride (Yandex Taxi costs +/- 220 rubles). It's clean, and they're there 24/7. The room was cold. Excellent location, very clean, after 21 no one makes noise, the rest of the guests behave decently. Of course, I saw more capsules, but I liked the hostel itself and would gladly stay there again.

Great location! I had a private twin room and it was perfect for what we needed. It was close to everything, had good wifi, good AC, and was super affordable.
