One of the best experiences of my life! The hotel is located in the business area and you can't easily reach the touristic area. However, the room was so clean, room service was perfect (mini bar, cleaning service, toilet), staffs were so kind and helpful, and we left the hotel with a nice memory. They prepared our breakfast before the breakfast hour, as requested, and didn't charge for any extra water...

A very cozy hotel near the metro. It was beautifully decorated for the New Year. All the amenities were in the room (tea, hairdryer, slippers, refrigerator). Nice small hotel, good location, tasty breakfast, walking distance to Metro station.

A good breakfast in the beautiful dining room or even in the gallery. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms, and one had a refrigerator, which was enough for us. It's a relatively short walk to the metro and not far to the center by car. Taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive.

Comfortable hotel, nice staff, met us, answered all questions. The room is clean, freshly renovated, has all consumables, hair dryer, kettle, air conditioner, Wi-Fi works. For an additional fee we bought a delicious and hearty breakfast, they packed it for us to take with us, because we were in a hurry for the flight.

Very good accommodation experience, everything else is good. It takes a long uphill walk from the subway station. It's hard to walk with a suitcase when you have bad legs. Fortunately, it's also very good to take an online taxi and the fare is very cheap.

Very good, clean hotel. The downsides were the lack of variety at breakfast (but that's minor) and the terrible soundproofing—you could hear absolutely everything happening in other rooms/on other floors.

Delicious food, friendly staff, convenient transportation

It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect. Id like to commend Rusana, Armine, Sarquis and Armen . Kudos to them for making our stay memorable. Its a hotel but it feels like home. We didnt even feel that we're in a different country.

I rate 5 star to this hotel by considering this is a 3 star hotel. A clean hotel with very nice stuffs. Break fast is normal. Great location just straight to the public square. Super nice but quaint hotel, in a terrific location to visit the beautiful city. Not everyone is fluent in English, but helpful and kind (using translators on a phone if needed) they have 1 other similar place in Yerevan, and a beautiful sister hotel in Gyumri. The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

The employees are extremely professional and kind, they quickly solved the problems we had. Also, the hotel is in a prime location, about a hundred meters from the main square. The room was clean and the view was phenomenal from the balcony to the street (it has a very nice flag on it). If I ever come to Armenia again, I will choose this hotel again. The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by. I guess if it is not a problem for you, it might be a good option.

I really liked the place. It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room was too hot, they sent someone who serviced the AC quickly and gave us an extra fan.

This is a beautiful, charming hotel in the heart of Yerevan's Kentron district. It's right across from Vernissage, an open-air market. We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet(our window was towards the yard). Also we needed a save place for our bicycles and the yard was perfect for it. They have an inviting pool as well, but we didn't use it. The city center is easily reachable on foot. We had a great stay.

The towels were dazzlingly clean. As were the bedsheets. The mattresses, however, quite possibly predate my grandmother. We also wasn’t expecting to share the apartment with cockroaches - hopefully they paid their share.

Tge location of the hotel was great. It is near center like by an 10 minutes on foot you will be in republic square. The hotel has a great pool with beautiful yard. It was worth of satying.
