Everything was fine. The price was low and reasonable, so my expectations were accordingly modest. The room is spacious and includes a living room and kitchen. The breakfasts are good, and the staff member serving breakfast is very friendly.

The best thing is the breakfast. It's different every day. There's a small swimming pool for swimming. The service is friendly. It's a family hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Yerevan Steps.

It's hard to expect much from a 3-star hotel. So we weren't surprised by power outages, water problems, broken furniture and a wild layout (a bedroom without windows is not ok, seriously). A huge plus for the hospitality of the staff and their help. If it weren't for the latter, it would have been a complete failure.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, Matera city center, and the Sassi. The room is comfortable, quiet, and clean. The hotel is the best value for money. Close to the airport. Park and shops nearby. There is a kettle and slippers in the room. The window opens. Minus - no elevator, but it is not critical for me. Very good, clean hotel. The downsides were the lack of variety at breakfast (but that's minor) and the terrible soundproofing—you could hear absolutely everything happening in other rooms/on other floors.

It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect. Id like to commend Rusana, Armine, Sarquis and Armen . Kudos to them for making our stay memorable. Its a hotel but it feels like home. We didnt even feel that we're in a different country.
