With a big scandal and loss of time, I managed to get my money back, and not in full. As a result, we, my two children, one of whom is 12 years old, were left on the street at 1 a.m., despite the fact that this was the time when Jennifer Lopez was having a concert and all the hotels in Yerevan were occupied, we were looking for an expensive hotel, a cheap one, any until 3 a.m., everything was occupied and only thanks to the help of caring people we somehow found a hotel and then for less than a day we paid 12,000 rubles. As a result, the ruined rest, impressions from Armenia and loss of money.

We had a bad experience booking sauna with friends for new year. The staff was so unorganized, that they came up with overlapping our booking with some others', so we had to find another place just one day before. this fact is absolutely describing the level of the hotel.
