Not as clean as on the pictures and very smelly in the rooms amd shower (((
Shower doors are nearly broken ((
So noisy from the road , even my ear plugs couldnt help me - because its located next to a busy road...so people who are sensitive to noise wont be able to sleep there ((
Breakfast was very simple.
Wont stay there again!

Jakuzzi & Sauna are nice but the problem in our room is the bad smell every morning coming from the toilet..same breakfast everyday.. receptionist Anna is nice👍👍👍

I have never written a single bad review, but here I consider it my duty to warn all tourists who plan to choose this hotel that it is filled with cockroaches and these are not one or two cockroaches, this is just a cockroach house, they were everywhere, it was terrible (((( and when I complained to the hotel administration, I heard not an apology, but arguments and shouts in my direction. With a big scandal and loss of time, I managed to get my money back, and not in full. As a result, we, my two children, one of whom is 12 years old, were left on the street at 1 a.m., despite the fact that this was the time when Jennifer Lopez was having a concert and all the hotels in Yerevan were occupied, we were looking for an expensive hotel, a cheap one, any until 3 a.m., everything was occupied and only thanks to the help of caring people we somehow found a hotel and then for less than a day we paid 12,000 rubles. As a result, the ruined rest, impressions from Armenia and loss of money.

Pros: good hotel, clean and spacious room. Breakfast is available, but very weak. Supermarket and bus stop nearby. Disposable shampoos and soap. Slippers (though small)
Cons: air conditioning did not work (there was a fan), the pool closes early (at 8, when I arrived, it was already closed, and during the day there were a lot of people). I would like a refrigerator and kettle in the room (there was a cooler downstairs). There was no hot water in the shower at night. Average audibility (there is a road nearby and people's voices in the corridor).

We stayed in the luxury room with sauna and jacuzzi for 3 days, the room was alot bigger I thought,
As soon we arrived the staff was fantastic very very friendly and our room was ready even get there 2 hours earlier if what we should, they bring us to the room straight away, even bring up our luggage to the room for us,
They filled the jacuzzi for us, and always they were smiling and very helpful,
In total we had a fantastic stay there, the manager was very friendly and even help me to print my plane ticket for my return home fantastic people 🙂 we were very happy to choose this hotel if we come back to Armenia definitely will be back to aleppo. Thank you very much to make us feel like home 👍👍👍👍excellent place and excellent people very well managed

I liked everything, from the moment of registration on the site to the departure! Polite and good-natured staff, clean room, booked 1 room and ended up with 2 bedrooms! Breakfast is very tasty buffet to choose from! I am satisfied and will recommend you to my friends!

The people are very accommodating and helpful especially Mr. Anto. I booked for single room and they even upgraded me to triple room as I requested to be on the higher floor and nice view. However: 1. It is 15 mins away from the city by car/taxi - which is fine enough if you want peaceful evironment after a long day. 2. The management should maintain the rooms for example the furnitures were old already, the showerhead holder was broken. But the room is spacious tho. 3. The management should make to open their amenities like the sauna and jacuzzi. As they are one of their assets in the hotel. Overall, it is budget friendly. Worth what you paid for.

We had a bad experience booking sauna with friends for new year. The staff was so unorganized, that they came up with overlapping our booking with some others', so we had to find another place just one day before. this fact is absolutely describing the level of the hotel.
