I had a fantastic experience at Friendly Hotel in Yerevan! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the city center, and close to supermarkets, cafes, and exchange offices.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which made my stay very pleasant. Despite being located on the lower level, the atmosphere was cozy and peaceful.
Overall, it was a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. I will definitely be back!

This place was very clean. Too many stairs and the air conditioning was not very effective. Lovely working staff

They accommodated us in a completely different hotel, saying that this building belongs to a friendly hotel, but it turns out to be a MBM hotel. We were told, that there are no rooms because they forget to remove it from the booking. It was strange, because booking.com showed rooms are still available. MBM hotel room was dirty, not clean, the room was not ready it was not changed and had dirt marks, cups and spoons were also dirty. Never stay again.

Really bad place ... u want experince the bunker jail go there... no ventilation... bad broken washroom. Used bedsheet ( i requested another bedsheet ... the nice given another bedsheet and told me to put in the bed) . No fan no ac no ventilation no kettle. No water bottle. Very noisy.

Rooms are spacious, nearby restaurants, mall and republic square but utensils are dirty (heater,spoon,fork,plate and glass) and the flush is the toilet was not working. 🫣
