Good hotel, nice location, walking distance to surrounding areas and food places

Each room has a connecting door for expansion, which unfortunately leads to very poor sound insulation. If this bothers you, it's best to choose another place.

Everything was great – the staff was excellent and the location was perfect!

I would appreciate management if they can tell him to behave politely with people specially ladies who are visiting and paying to stay in the hotel. Otherwise the experience was wonderful with other nice staffs

The hotel is located in the very center, we checked in instantly, the room is stylish and spacious with a large comfortable bed, all the necessary travel accessories and good cosmetics

Unfortunately, this once-wonderful historic hotel has lost its charm—it needs renovations and staffing at the reception. The breakfast menu was good, and the chef and waiters worked very hard.

Except that the lights have problems and keep flickering and turning off and that once the waiter made a mistake and once the waiter made a mistake and gave the electric key to two Sharif rooms with the same code and we were really shocked when a stranger entered the room in the middle of the night and the manager never apologized or even compensated us for anything

It's a normal, clean hotel, needs renovation. It's in the center and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. About room: water, coffee, and tea are brought to the room every day, and there is an electric kettle

My only suggestion would be to add a water cooler on each floor. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time

I stayed at this hotel for two days. After Egypt, I decided to stay in Armenia. The hotel is excellent: new rooms, clean rooms, all amenities (soap, shower gel, slippers, dental kit, shoe polish, tea set, kettle, water)

A good hotel with spacious rooms. I especially want to highlight the breakfast – a great selection of variously prepared vegetables and salads, all very delicious

It's clean and quiet - that's true. A good sunbathing area, just don't repeat my mistakes and be careful with the local sun, it's very easy to get burned

I traveled to Armenia for a month and stayed in many hotels. I am very satisfied with the Caucasus Hotel. The service, sanitation, and facilities in the room are very good

Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language

We went here with a large group of 18 people and we enjoyed the stay. The rooms we booked was family suite and it was a duplex suite with beds on the upper floor. The facility is amazing and the staff were very friendly

The downside was very few of the staff speaks English. So communication was an issue. They have onsite pools, sauna, steam and restaurant. It is a bit far from city but a perfect place for a calm and relaxing getaway

There is a restaurant and a bar on the roof, which is very convenient. The downside is one elevator, but it is not critical, you can wait a little

It's very retro, and although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, with decent cleanliness. However, you can tell from the shower fixtures that it's a bit dated, but the bed is very comfortable and spacious

There are plenty of power outlets, a clothes-drying line, a separate hairdryer, tea, coffee, water, clean dishes, a bottle opener/corkscrew, tissues, and even a small sewing kit with threads and a needle

When the weather is good, you can open the window to see Mount Ararat. The price is moderate and it is worth recommending! The bathroom of the 20-square-meter room is spacious, but the room is a bit small

Nice hotel at the city center of Yerevan. Hotrl room is quite old hotel but it's still nice. Service is good. Breakfast is included with various menu.

The hotel is not far from the central market, 20 minutes walk to the center. There were concerns that the location in a residential area would be confusing, but everything is fine

I had to stay here for a couple of nights. The rooms weren’t great, but they were bearable. However, one night while we were sleeping, a Russian couple opened our door and walked into our room

The outdoor waterpark is not working even though the weather was warm and that was kinda disappointing for us because thats the most important reason we book this hotel and we arrived then we found out it’s unavailable now they should write in app and inform this before someone book and the room service was coming every other day but overall our stay is good

It's nice to stay it's my 2nd time I relax and quiet environment at night and in the morning it's good to go to aquatic park outdoors swimming and sauna food is good and staff give pack box to us because we need to leave in middle of the night so we use our breakfast for dinner it's good and polite and accommodating the staff
