It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, they were very quick to respond and did their best to resolve everything promptly, which we really appreciated

They truly did their best to make sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a longer stay

Once a month they provide a free cleaning which is really good. I book an apartment for 6 months and every time during the cleaning they also sent a technical master to solve the technical problems

We rented two apartments from them during our stay in Yerevan. The first apartment was booked through Booking. com, and the second we rented directly from them. From the beginning, communication was very smooth

The best company I have ever seen in YVN. The apartment was new renovated and the company has no commission for renting. They do not allow smoking in the apartment, that's why I choose them

The lady I was in contact with was extremely respectful, professional, and responsive at all times, which made the whole process easy and stress-free

Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia

Internet good and I feel very safe staying there

We had a great time there, we rented a suite, and the staff were very professional, they even went an extra mile and delivered a teddy bear we forgot to a relative who lives on the 2nd floor, they have daily cleaning and AC, and Free Wifi

It was like staying in a modern, luxury condo in Manhattan with the amenities of a 4-star hotel and 1 block from Hraparak. There is a supermarket and endless cafes and restaurants just down the elevator on the block

From April 8th to 10th, 2025, two of us stayed at the Aspar Boutique Hotel in Yerevan. The hotel is located in the city center. The hotel is located downstairs, down some steps into a very cozy courtyard

Very clean and comfy, calm and silent place with lovely interior and exterior. On the entry I was greeted by lovely lady, she was very hospitable

This authentic hotel consists of several charming houses, with a small courtyard with tables and sofas where we could relax in the evening. There's a large kitchen where we can cook

It would be fine if the food there was good, but the micro portion on a large plate is smeared and tasteless. That's probably why it's so empty, there are no people

it has a great location minutes walking to anywhere in Yerevan, modern rooms, fast and functional wifi, free breakfast with good selection and overall very good service It may not be the hotel for you if ur coming with elders with severe mobility issues as all rooms in the first floor with no elevator, also if u really care about sound proofing, other than that it's an excellent choice

I liked the hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast. Only one thing was a bit strange. There is no storage room for luggage. And I felt a bit uncomfortable to leave my bag just in the hall with no observation.

The room is small, but clean and tidy. They occupy one floor above the Baron restaurant. Breakfast is late, starting at 8:30 a. It's delicious, but not very filling. The staff is very friendly and helpful

No smoking in the rooms, but if there are heavy smokers on other balcony’s it does linger. I can’t stand the smell so maybe I’m more sensitive. Staff are friendly and love the little thank you card which is a nice touch

We loveeed our stay here! The room was well-kept and all the staff were sweet and accomodating. The location’s superb as well since it’s just across Vernissage and there’s a pharmacy and supermarket nearby

Room was clean and they were really thorough with making sure the room was as refreshed. I’d hung up some washed clothes outside and they thoughtfully brought in a drying rack which was kind

Taxis, excursions, airport transfers can be booked by very helpful reception staff who are available 24hrs. Hotel breakfast is great and consists of hot and cold options as well as salads, fresh fruit and vegetables

We stayed for two weeks and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. This lovely small hotel is conveniently centrally located and most of the centre is a walkable distance from the hotel

I had an amazing stay at Phoenix Hotel Yerevan! The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Keron, the male receptionist — such a friendly and helpful guy who really made my stay more pleasant

The sofa bed in the room we were in desperately needs replacing, but otherwise fairly modern and it’s good value for money. The only issue worth considering is the loud music from the bar next door that lasts until late

Our room had a terrific private balcony that can be accessed directly from the bedroom. The balcony gives a view of the city to die for

However, make sure you adjust your expectations accordingly - you get a clean place to sleep (cleanliness was at a good level), but it’s not overly comfortable

It was an amazing 4 nights stay in Avenue 23. The staff are friendly, nice breakfast, and great location. The room is bit small and it’s not sound proof, but overall experience is amazing.

The rooms are modern, with centralized air conditioning — powerful, responsive, easy to control. The TV has YouTube access and I connected in seconds without any issues. The location is right in the city center

It’s a buffet, but very minimal: porridge, eggs, a couple of vegetables (just tomatoes and Korean-style carrots). Feels more like a formality than a real attempt to please the guests

The access to the property is via stairs in one of the older neighbourhoods of yerevan. Rooms can be a little warm however for the price its an absolute bargain and the hospitality is second to non

Everything about the hotel was great! It's clean and has everything you need. The location is also good, close to the main attractions, and there are shops nearby. However, keep in mind that the stadium is very close

The only downside, and I'd like to warn other guests about this, is that when you select a hotel, it appears in one location on the map, but the office and the apartment itself are in a slightly different location

A great apartment right in the center—it's close to everything. There's a store in the building, and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. If I had to nitpick, the chair is uncomfortable; I'd change it.

It’s clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The gym is much better than what it’s shown in the pictures. It has nice equipment and is very clean

main pedestrian street, full of restaurants and evening activities we booked 3-room apartment. very nice one, 3 double bedrooms, so both kids and parents had their own place to sleep.

There are two ways to get to the hotel: a spiral staircase or a road. The climb might be a bit challenging for older people and children, but we took a taxi to the center using Yandex; the fare was about 160 rubles

The only downside is that it's a bit challenging to reach on foot (either via a winding road or a metal spiral staircase – which I found a bit scary)

The aparthotel is very nice; we stayed from November 28th to December 2nd. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and there was a stovetop, electric kettle, and all the necessary utensils

We walked ourselves and found that the route to the center takes 15-20 minutes, an easy downhill stroll. However, it's worth keeping in mind that the hotel is located on a hill

However, most taxis have no problem getting to the hotel (I only had one driver refuse, he was in a Volga and couldn't handle the sharp turns well)
