Spacious room and friendly, helpful staff. However, the WiFi was a bit weak, there were limited power outlets for work, the room wasn’t ready at check-in, and it felt slightly dark. Overall: 7/10.

Highly recommended. The staff service is great. All are good, helpful and are ready to help their guests. Rooms are big and are cleaned every day. Breakfast is fantastic. Everything is OK. Promise to come back......

Great price for a hotel that is located close to all the sights of the city...easy access to local stores and restaurants...breakfast was great a lot of variety.

Breakfasts are so-so, on the second day there were no forks, no glasses for drinks. It is located in some industrial zone with incomprehensible buildings, although maybe for this place it is the norm

Friendly staff at the reception, that's all the pluses, well, they also parked the car in the underground parking lot, convenient

In the hamam, the steam generator did not heat anything in an hour, in the sauna the stove heated enough, the whole sofa there is in holes, the sauna is a fire hazard, sooner or later it will burn down, see the photo

The location isn’t ideal if you want to be within walking distance of Republic Square or the Cascade — it’s not in the heart of Kentron

I love to swim here in Winters, water is warm 28°C and the Sauna is good for this season. It has a several pools close and open, also there is Spa center and a Gym. I used the gym, swimming pools and sauna

The ticket didn’t cover sauna, jacuzzi, or a real swimming pool; it was mostly one big pool with water jets and some slides. Slides opened only once every 1. 5 hours, for about half an hour

I really like the water area with sauna and jacuzzi, the gym has quite a large selection of exercise machines, overall, everything is great

The most important thing and a big plus is the hotel's location in the city center, within walking distance of Yerevan's main attractions. Another plus is Narine's delicious breakfasts

They are delicious and home-cooked with love. We were greeted warmly upon entering the hotel, check-in took just a few minutes, and our luggage was quickly delivered to our room

It's very inconvenient to use the toilet in this bathroom layout, but for a short stay, it's perfectly acceptable. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel

One drawback: the standard room has a very small bathroom; the distance from the toilet and bidet to the shower stall is less than 500 cm

I enjoyed the hotel's SPA rooms only, but boy it was good. The Relax room was perfect. A pool with a slide, 3 stores of hamams, saunas, and jacuzzis. It was pricey but totally made my stressful day into a heaven.

I recently stayed at Green Palace Hotel in Yerevan and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite, kind and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived

They found us a taxi with driver Karo who is super sweet new helpful. Though he doesn't understand English but still tried his best to show us all the places. Will visit again with family. With love not lots of memories?

This place is really well supervised hotel. With good quality of staff and services. Especially the girl taking care of tourists. I think the hotel is good if you would stay a way from the center

The thing I liked the most was the DJ next to the pool. For improvement, I suggest adding a nightclub by the pool and enhancing the pool’s bar

Unique layout with separate buildings for rooms, gym, pool, and other facilities which is cool Great value overall. Just it’s a bit far from the city, so having a car or arranging transport is helpful

Cross is my favorite pool in Yerevan. I have been visiting it every summer for many years. I visited the outdoor pool and the sauna today and it had changed since my last visit but is still the best pool to me in Yerevan

Good place for daily visits. Where is two swimming pools, one of those is open air. Very quiet and peaceful place for rest.

Sport complex after some repair works become better this year. We used to go there with family sometimes just with a single ticket ( 5000 AMD for 16+ and 3000 for 16-) but usually we took some packages (eg 15000 AMD)

The indoor area is currently separated from the outdoor pool area and you would have to pay additionally to use the indoor pool, sauna, gym, etc. Cross is my go-to place for a pool in Yerevan

Great location outside the city. Clean air, swimming pool, everything is fine. Managers are great, they help in everything, organize excursions

There is table tennis u can bring your own bats or use what will be free in the room, also there is big basketball court and small gym

This hotel was similar to that one, so it was absolutely fine, as we paid the same price as there. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Bedding and towels were also clean

It is close to the city center and right next to a local shopping center. The bed room was clean, the A/C was working properly, the bathroom was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable

I stayed at Otyak Hotel during a layover last weekend, and everything was perfect for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was a nice surprise that some of them spoke German as well
