The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, variety of food, jams, cheese, omelette etc. Room was clean. Safe box in the room. A lot of traffic noise.

There was mould around the window and on the shower grouting. The room was not very inviting with grey walls and cold white ceiling lights. There was a small refrigerator and a kettle, but no tea or coffee

It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect

There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night

New hotel so everything was nice and clean and new. Location in the core of Yerevan was perfect. There were lots and lots of outlets in good locations. Room was really big and bathroom was nice with hooks and rails

However, the street outside is very noisy, even late at night, and unfortunately, the room was not well isolated from the noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep

The most nicest staff they go out of their way to help, walking distance to republican Square, plenty of restaurants close by, supermarket next door, the airport pick up driver Gor is one of the nicest people I ever met he made our stay in yerevan so easy he was so helpful

It has a good location, not far from the nearest metro station (around 10-15 mins by walking). The location of the hotel is in the inner area of the building, so there was no noise from the road and cars

A good hotel with delicious breakfasts. Situated in the courtyard of the house, so you can't hear the noise from the road. Situated close to the main attractions. There are shops and inexpensive cafes nearby

It's a good place for the money they ask but kinda modest, no need to expect something luxurious. the breakfast is kinda modest (maybe the reason is a mid-season)

Such a cosy, independent home from home. Hot running water, warm rooms, spacious. Charming story behind the house/villa. So well located, within easy reach of most attractions and shopping areas

- Service: Very friendly and the laundry is cheap. I didn't expect there was a 24-hour front desk. There are some day tour options available, which I did not take

The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by

It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful

Good quiet place near vernisage

Good location Hotel is located very centrally. Rooms are spacious and clean, but you have the street just outside your window, so I had my curtains on all the time. A very small hotel with no breakfast.

Across the street is the flea market, and in 5 minutes you'll reach Republic Square and the pedestrian street. A few minutes' walk in the other direction is Yerevan Cathedral. It's a central location, a true city center

This is a smart hotel with a limited number of rooms, perhaps less than 10 per floor. The main door has a smart combination lock, and the room doors have fingerprint locks. The staff were also friendly and welcoming

This is a beautiful, charming hotel in the heart of Yerevan's Kentron district. It's right across from Vernissage, an open-air market. The staff is so friendly and we loved having breakfast there every morning

The Best budgetary hotel in armenia

The place is so quiet, you can rest properly, and it is very secure. It is also very close to the city center. There is a bakery nearby which sells good quality breads at a very low price

Many negative things that the hotel manager should check: the bathroom have a street odours sometimes, I understand it’s a one floor hotel next to the street level but it’s should be important to be careful about odour hygiene and specially in the bathrooms, It’s really important that the hotel should have a safe box stuck in the room wall to keep our importants documents and feel safe

Like I said, for a 3 stars hotel, I pretty like it, and specially the hotel location is next to almost everything, you don’t need a car to reach the most important locations in Yerevan

A small family run hotel, in the basement of a residential building (not the most elegant I've seen in Yerevan). Once entered, it looks like a completely different place, so don't be detracted from the exteriors

I stayed for two weeks in that hotel. For a 3 stars hotel, it’s not that bad, the employees are very nice and always here for us, cleaning and making the rooms are perfect

DeLuxe offers decent breakfasts, however they're always the same. You can have meals either at Rio or a Georgian restaurant Genatzvale down the street. I've tried to stay at other hotels but always return here

Cascade isn't too far away and from there, you're at the city center. Victory park is at the top of Cascade, so it's a good walking trip to go there first, then down Cascade to the city center

It would be nice to start earlier than 0830, but we found this to essentially be the norm in Yerevan. The location was excellent for us because we walked to downtown and back easily

The best thing is the breakfast. It's different every day. There's a small swimming pool for swimming. The service is friendly. It's a family hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Yerevan Steps.

To sum it up: I once saw a review of this hotel where someone described their stay not 'like at a hotel,' but 'like staying with relatives. It was truly lovely to receive such care and attention from the wonderful staff

The nearest convenience store has a currency exchange machine where you can exchange US dollars and euros for AMD. The owner was very welcoming and spoke English. He provided a lot of information upon check-in

However, we walked a lot, were tired, and slept well anyway. The room was clean and had its own clean bathroom. All amenities were provided: towels, shower gels, shampoos, toothpaste and brush, and soap

We booked a room on the second floor overlooking the park. The room was warm – there was a radiator and air conditioning. We even opened the balcony at night (we were there in early February)
