Great location for city centre and supermarket. Room was decent with modern bathroom and good WiFi. Breakfast buffet was good.

Yeah I rate it 4 stars because it's a 4 star hotel :) no but in all seriousness the staff is friendly, can speak English, prices are affordable and breakfast is pretty good too. Clean rooms. Just don't expect breathtaking views (from our room we could see a car wash and a garage).

The workers at the hotel are extremely helpful. They are always willing to help you and do it as fast as possible. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the city center.
I extremely happy with the service and fully recommend this hotel to everyone

WiFi is very very bad. The shower pressure goes in and out. Room size was decent. The location is good. Breakfast is good. Yerevan is a great city overall and this hotel might be ok for couple nights…

Hotel advantages:
1. Location. Located right next to the metro station and 20 minutes from the airport
2. The hotel is clean. Good bed, cleaned regularly
3. They provided new disposable toothbrushes every day (one time they didn’t supply them)
This is probably where the advantages end. The hotel itself is tired and clearly not worthy of the stated 4 stars. The safe and TV in our room did not work. We reported this to the reception - the employee came quickly, poked around for 5 minutes, threw up his hands and said that he couldn’t help. After 5 days of stay, the problem was not solved.
Next to the hotel there is a stall with pies and the construction of a multi-storey building. Every day we woke up either to the smell of burnt oil, since the kiosk hood was directed towards the hotel windows, or to the sound of an angle grinder. Our friends had water leaking from the ceiling in their room - they were moved to another room.
Breakfast is monotonous with limited choice, the sausages feel like they are made of paper. Therefore, I don’t recommend taking a room with breakfast.
The mattress in the room is hard spring, digs into the back
There were repeated interruptions in water supply - either there was no water or there was poor pressure. It's on the 3rd floor
Towels and bed linen were synthetic. The towel didn’t so much wipe off as smear the moisture.

My experience at this hotel was terrible and I would not stay here again. This was not the room that we booked. The room we booked was a nice, larger room but they stuffed two beds into this room and said there's no real difference between this room and the one we booked. The beds are not standard. They have a small mattress and then a bigger but thinner mattress on top so you easily slide off all the time. I slid off of it more than once. The toilet would not fully flush so every time I crapped I would have to flush multiple times for it to go down the drain. The room would always smell like crap. The air conditioner automatically turns off when you take the key card off the wall so we would always come back to a room that stunk of poop. We went out and had an amazing time and came back at 2 AM and the smell of crap hit us like a ton of bricks as soon as we opened the door. We had to stand outside the room with the door open for it to air out and the other guests came out and asked us what had happened. The ground was all slippery marble both inside and outside the room so it was really dangerous when sleeping because it was really easy to slip off the bed and onto the marble and after a shower because the entire bathroom floor would be wet and slippery since there was no shower curtain. Speaking of the bathroom, there was no light above the mirror so shaving or putting on makeup was only possible when you got some sunlight through the window. The phone inside the room didn't work. We asked for a replacement probably 3 times until it was finally replaced with another broken phone. The electric kettle also didn't work and was finally replaced with one that worked but the lid was broken so it would pop off while you were pouring the water and burn you. The breakfast was OK and the cleaning ladies were nice.

Stayed couple of nights with spouse and 10 month old child. The hotel is small, quiet, clean, very friendly staff (shout out to M.P. receptionist!), it's 10 minute walk from square, Metro is next to hotel, room is good size, bathroom is great. Negatives was breakfast. Don't expect much out of it, but for the price, can't complain, the fact it's included is nice. Also Bar wasn't really working.

Great location, close to the center. Only fifteen minutes away from the republic Square on foot. The stuff was very friendly and really helpful. Breakfast didn't have much choices but it was decent!!
