Perfect budget friendly Hotel in Bansko. Stayed fir a weekend ski trip, its the bottom end of town but run 3 shuttles morning and afternoon to Gondola. A taxi is between 12 and 14 Lev to get into the main bar and restaurant areas (thats £6/7 ) Place was clean and tidy, breakfast was more than amble. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, sea view from the room terrace, good location. It's just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Only thing that I did not like is that there is no place for phone charging next to the beds.

A small nice hotel that is for four stars not for three. Friendly staff, delicious and varied food. The cold kitchen and the chef with his specialties are at the top level. I arrived after a terrible experience in another hotel(balaton). The hotel il very clean, and the workers are cheerful and polite towards people. Food is fine. They don't have a pool but you can use the one of the neighbors for free but if you want umbrella and chairs you have to pay. The only negative aspect is the shower in bath of the room. Food massively let's this place down Designed very much for Eastern Europe tastes we struggled to find anything to eat for evening meals with kids, limited choice and not geared for western tastes. Great hotel for young people. About 10 minute walk to flower street (the main strip) down one well lit main road which has a police station half way down. The road has no strip clubs or anything on until you reach flower street, so no dodgy looking people standing around. A small supermarket next door. A whole day without water (not hotel's fault) was problematic. Also our room was never cleaned in 3 night stay - although requested. Shower curtain round small shower which I personally dislike. Waitress in restaurant gave us no eye contact or speech - just threw the menus down onto table. We ate elsewhere! Apart from all that we had a relaxing few days.
