Got here by car, no problem at all. Huge double garage with parking enough for 6 cars. Great breakfast, eggs cooked to order, big selection of cheeses. Location was very convenient to our favorite local bar & dinner spot, Contrabass. Walking distance, if your legs can handle the climbing!to Capana and downtown Plovdiv.

I have a strong feeling the person serving us was also the owner of the small hotel. He was highly motivated, helpful and nice at all times, even when facing multiple day guests arriving simultaneously and demanding service at once. Lots of attention to detail was evident on multiple occasions and the gardening around the building made for a lovely ambience in the middle of the old town.

Good service in top location. I have always wanted to spend a night at the old town of Plovdiv. They serve great breakfast as promised, delicious tea and the hotel does have lovely garden to read a book or drink your coffee. It is calm and clean :)

The location is very good if you are visiting without a car. With a car it’s a nightmare. The hotel was very clean. They have beautiful little garden. Since we arrived early, we wanted to check into the hotel 5 hours beforehand, and they were very helpful and didn't charge any extra fees. Also, the room, the hotel, and the location were excellent.

I stay in Plovdiv very often and have always avoided this hotel. I had to choose it that night because of the location. At the entrance I was greeted by a pleasant and responsive man Vesko from the reception and he left me with a very good impression and attention to the customer. The room was renovated and very cozy. Parking is also free. This makes this hotel favourite!

Air-conditioning was not working, the room was very cold. Thanks to the lady from the reception, we got a solution for the night. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice location and free parking.

I was in a single room which is quite unusual nowadays. It was pretty small, and even though it was on the fifth floor had bars on the windows rather like being in a deluxe prison cell. (I imagine) The bathroom was a wet room. Everything was very clean and the single bed was large and comfortable. The building itself is old but everything inside is renovated. The rooms are more than spacious, well-furnished and supplied with everything needed. I am impressed!

Bokked this hotel multiple times, and have never been disappointed, nor have I been particularly impressed. In general cleanliness is ok, although that time,.some rust in the bathroom snd black marks on the wall near the bed gave some bad taste. I guess it's because.some rooms have not yet been res Freshes, while many others have. Overall ok for price.

Room is clean, but quite small. The shower area in bathroom has only partition without a door. There is no toiletries, no kettle and welcome coffee/tea. No refrigerator. We have our breakfast in the hotel. No halal meat, thus we just have our coffee, bread, and fruit.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed many times but on this occasion they had no breakfast facilities on as the restaurant was closed. Although they have a vending machine near reception the coffee wasn't up to much and there wasn't any kettle available to use although they did say they would give us boiled water if we asked.

I booked the hotel for only one night stay. Early in the morning (5:30) there was no warm water to take a shower before my flight. Really disappointed.

Had wonderful time in this hotel. They welcomed me with a free room update, the room service was great and the food in the restaurant really delicious, the room was spacious (although bit noisy from the Bulevard), the staff were nice, especially the lady at the reception and the breakfast was delightful. It is good value for money and the breakfast is ok. Great location if you need to take coach or train as both stations are within 10 mins walk. Otherwise if planning to explore Sofia probably can find something in a nicer area and more central.

We travelled to Bulgaria in September - October 2017 and what we didn't realise then was this is just as their season I'd coming to a close. Great hotel for young people. About 10 minute walk to flower street (the main strip) down one well lit main road which has a police station half way down. The road has no strip clubs or anything on until you reach flower street, so no dodgy looking people standing around. A small supermarket next door. Very nice hotel with decent rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel manager, Stanislava Petrova is an exceptional person, great professional, she is doing her best for the guests. Although we faced some challenges, she was always very helpful, so we will return for sure.

Everything was amazing. The beach is very close and clean. We have a large apartment with sea view with all we need for ours vacation. It is a quiet place with a lot of kids and cute dogs. This place is pet friendly.

Together with the attached restaurant it's a reasonable choice on the outskirts of Sofia. The bus 67 runs in front of the hote but it takes 30 minutes to get to the city. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit worn but everything is clean. The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety.

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). We had a fantastic stay at Briz beach, just a stone's throw from the sea. Excellent service and perfect cleaning even though we often woke up late, but as soon as we hung out the sign the cleaning lady showed up within 10 minutes. We are satisfied with the hotel. Clean, beautiful and tidy. We took it because of the sea view. The view is amazing! You take part in a movement, in a party. But it doesn't interfere with sleep at all. The service is excellent! Cleaning every day as promised. Everything is adequate for a family holiday. We'll be back!

In general, not bad, the cleaning is good, the staff is friendly, with the exception of one thing. He communicates only in English. But the pool is a complete disaster, very small and dirty, located right in the restaurant... no matter how strange it sounds. And no green area.. We were very disappointed by this, the children's holiday was ruined.
