The hotel has great location, it's clean and we found the staf very polite and friendly. For a 3 star hotel is more than good. I have read all the comments and can't understand what expectations were not met - it's a budget 3 star hotel.

Excellent little hotel. You can't fault anything. You get what you pay for. Sunbeds are cleaned daily, and the pool is cleaned every day. Would recommend you bring a kettle or you can hire one from reception. You are close to shops, bus stop and the beach. I can't wait to return.

Thi was the second time in this hotel, room spotless, always got a smile of the cleanera with me greeting them in Bulgarian, reception staff efficient, easy check in and out , breakfast food ok, only went acouple of times, drinks in bar reasonable priced, pool area clean, will go back. .

Everything is good, but the door needs to be repaired. It won't close. It needs to be locked.

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional. Though my stay was short, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location was also convenient.

Beautiful view of the beach, nice clean rooms, most amenities available, their Steakhouse is very tasty. But room service is absolutely rubbish. No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all.

It's located in a back alley near the station, so be aware if you're not comfortable with that kind of place. There's free parking behind the hotel, with space for 4 or 5 cars. There was no hairdryer.

The hotel is ok and is very close to the train station and the port. The street in front of the hotel is horrible. What I didn't like at all was the mattress. As a frequent traveler I was in different hotels in different countries. This was the worst mattress, because I had a feeling as I am laying on metal springs without any material above them. Horrible for people with spinal problems.

There are some old reviews complaining about uncomfortable mattresses, I'm happy to report those reviews are obsolete! Dionis was a great stay when all you need is a place to stay for a few nights.

The location is good, close to the sea, the facility is clean, parking is free, and there are no problems with getting in and out. However, the furniture in the rooms is very old, the beds are terrible, the springs are literally sinking. The bathroom, etc., is fine. The staff is attentive and friendly, but unfortunately, I won't go back until I read that the beds have been changed.

Less than 5 minutes from Station and a lif. Nearby supermarket with a bunch of Pringles. The only problem is seeking the plug everywhere that was located only undet the table. So I use a chair to put on my gadgets to charge. It falls few times because it's still far to.

Hard to beat price per value including free parking on site. Located within close proximity to the train station and the main pedestrian street. Liked the fact that rooms were super clean and warm, and also had a very convenient small fridge. The only comment I can make is regarding the cleaning stuff which was really loud early in the morning right infront of our door.

The food is repetitive and if you a vegetarian then you will be eating pasta, pizza and chips everyday. A hotel where you can relax - large green areas around the pool. Suitable for both reading a book and playing with a crawling baby. Delicious themed dinners - mussels, snails, barbecued pork ribs, unique soups and donuts. Large rooms enough for a family of 5 with a baby.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. The food was delirious, there were many different options and I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. I recommend it and would come back again!

The hotel is located close to the city center but outside of it, in a quieter neighborhood. The rooms are disappointing for the pretense of the hotel - very basic, no air conditioning, windows locked to only crack a little, so in warm weather it's quite unpleasant. Excellent hotel for a short stay, it is a 10 minute walk away from the nice city centre. The room was OK and the price was very good. For a longer trip, I think the breakfast could become problematic, as it was not very diverse.

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). I really want to highlight the great animation. Tillya and Gery - whoever employs these entertainers at their hotel has already won. Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average. The staff is prioritising foreign tourist and not Bulgarians.

Hotel in old town Nesebar the best location in my opinion you can go by walk everywhere. They give you parking for free in the big parking. The room was quite big, the bathroom was very small we couldn’t even use the shower or the sink without closing the door. There is no staff after 6pm.

This is a hotel for a short stay, handy on the edge of town to get about it seems far from the centre. Not much locally so you probably need a car. There are 2 hotels here so make certain you know which one you’re booking as the deluxe is reported newer and better. Restaurant is reasonable and good for an easy meal and drink. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you won’t go hungry

We have found the RYOR restaurant is the best restaurant at the Sunny Beach! Everything fresh, tasty, personal perfect and finally price is half compared with other restaurants! Great experience from the moment I booked the room from the hotel's website. Staff was polite, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and got me to the airport on time for a very early flight. Breakfast to go was an apple and a ham and cheese sandwich, delicious and fresh. Tremendous service and very satisfied with my stay. Delicious breakfast too! I had a smaller issue with my room and went to the desk to address it. They immediately resolved the issue and upgraded my stay; which was really not something that I asked for. But it tells you how much they care about customer service. Thank you very much!

Stayed here in September. My room was not cleaned and rubbish from takeaway was left on the corridor.When I asked why my room was not cleaned I was told that they didn’t clean room until after 3 days. Shower door was ineffective and pool of water on the floor after shower. In any case they were happy to take payment

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to ask them for assistance several times — from helping with our room to even providing us with medicine — and they always did their best. Hotel is clean and bed is very comfortable. Pool is very busy at weekends in good weather, mainly from people not staying at hotel. Breakfast let's the place down. Even scrambled eggs are cold.
