Pretty nice hotel and if it was handled better and it was renovated it wouldve been better but the buffet is diverse and delicious also i dont think its okay as a guest to pay for a parking space

Last year we stayed in a self catering apartment. It was clean, had a kitchen and was fairy comfortable if not showing signs of wear. But no restaurant and no breakfast, very self catering by. Great customer service, not a bad breakfast and not a bad location. However, dirty rooms! The floor is dusty, the toilet seat was disgustingly yellow, and the sheets had stains. Also, mad expensive for what they offered. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back.

The rooms were comfortable. The food was medeoker, but the staff was super friendly. There is a parking space for 12lv per day.

The room was excellent except one point which for me is an issue. There were no curtains and the blinds on the windows let the light in. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the hotel, at least for the price we paid for a huge 3 person room (approx. € 90 via Booking, mid of August). The breakfast (€ 6 per person) was adequate.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating—not just to us, but to our furry companion as well. It's not easy to find places that genuinely cater to pets, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond.

In July it was really hot 🔥 and the air conditioner was very, very poor! And unfortunately, it is centralised. Because in other way I clean the filters which often are very dusty and that is the reason for poor performance. Got bitten by something but could be my fault as I had the window open. The blankets were too small and the pillows uncomfortable. Otherwise the rooms were decent, the bathrooms too and the location was ok. They had free parking which was really good. The staff was ok too but not too friendly. Very cute and pleasant small hotel with spacious comfortable rooms and lovely location at the heart of Old Nessebar. The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful, so much better than most of the service in Bulgaria. I would only add a protective glass to the shower to prevent the entire bathroom floor to become wet every shower.

Beautiful arrangements in the whole hotel. The rooms are not large, but the smallest (401) has a gorgeous terrace! And the people in the hotel complete a great experience in a great and unique resort! You can drink a good coffee at the hotel's reception, and the hotel's restaurant is 50 m away.

The room was very basic with paper thin walls so you can here everything in the neighbouring room. The mini bar hadn't been cleaned in months and contained two bottles of rancid juice which might explain the strange smell in the room. Nice hotel on a charming little beach, mostly frequented by Bulgarians. Large room with sea view. A few beach restaurants nearby, including a very nice one right in front of the hotel (the one with a name written only in Bulgarian and a beautiful terrace). Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.

I had a wonderful stay at the Guest House Europe. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was professional and attentive. This place turned out to be a nice surprise ! First they accepted my dog without any problem, just an additional charge of 50 leva. Second - the external hot pool was wonderful, the water was amazing. It was super windy when we were there and the walk back to the room after the pool felt like a punishment. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Honestly, giving it 3 stars is being generous. It's well-located in the center of Sofia, just a short walk from the Serdika metro station. The main issue is that the property is quite old, and it definitely shows. Overall, it was clean and quiet. For my two nights, it was fine.

Room was a bit cramped because of the placement of a useless fridge (making use of the couch impossible). We booked a studio for 1 night. The bathroom was really dirty - the bathtub was not cleaned and the jets and drain have probably never been deep cleaned, the toilet had poop stains - overall disgusting. The furniture was old and the chairs had dark stains. For 1 night it was okay-ish for an okay price but if I had to stay more and needed to use the shower, I don't know what I would've done.

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

It is considered to be a better local characteristic hotel in Bulgaria. They upgraded our room for free, the breakfast was also good, and most importantly, the hotel service was also very good. If we encountered any difficulties, Ctrip was able to handle them in time.

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data.
