The hotel is worth the price. Close to the metro.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Everything was great, but the beds were a bit old and the springs were uncomfortable. The cleanliness was excellent. You can easily walk to the center from its location. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would choose this hotel again if I were to go back.

The accommodation, although short, proved adequate; it was clean, and no one spoiled the atmosphere. The only thing I didn't like was the marketing technique they used to display the photos here on this website, which aren't 100% accurate.

Nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a good staff. The hotel is somewhat isolated, but they also had a full restaurant, although there was a large group being catered the night we were there, so there was some competition for service. We had the room in the tarasse, a big room like from an 80s movie. Interesting experience with a nice view, the air-condition was very loud and smelled bad. The personnel in the breakfast was really unmotivated.

Lovely quaint traditional Bulgarian well priced hotel close to the centre of St Constantine Elena which is a 30 min taxi from the airport. We had a lovely size room and breakfast was included. We have just returned from a week at the St Valentine hotel and it was honestly one of the best holidays we have had. Hotel St valentine is a lovely relaxing place. Family owned and the owners work very hard & long hours to keep guests happy. Rooms are fine and staff are really helpful. Unique place nearby Plovdiv centre. Clean. Friendly staff. I liked the room design and color. Lightning was uncommon but nice. The fridge was mounted high on the wall - a very convenient feature. The bathroom was comfy and big enough. What else?

Absolute A , 10/10! I wish I would have got the staffs names because they were excellent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. The younger girl who works during the day is an angel and helped me with directions and information. Breakfast was amazing with meat and vegetarian options. Room was spotless clean and very affordable.

Hotel not very well located The hotel is far from public transportation. It's clean and quiet. Breakfast is strange, as you have to choose from several options and can't mix and match. This limits what you can eat.

The service was excellent! The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of breakfast options to choose from. Hot water is good and the decor is new! The colors are very bright. It is a very good business hotel with complete facilities. It is a little far from the city center and there is a bus station nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied! Next time I visit this city, I will choose this hotel.

OK, nothing special. Good value for the money. Not too practical if you're staying there as a family and planning to e.g. eat in or cook. We were there for about 24 hours & ate breakfast once only to realize there was no way to clean the floor from the crumbles the kids left behind. Other than that, the staff is polite, there's parking (at an extra charge) and it's relatively clean.

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. The hotel is welcoming andbthe rooms comfortable. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but they were promptly sorted by very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

We had 2 rooms, one double on the first floor and one studio on the third floor. We couldn’t wait to leave from there. Studio on the upper floor had a very strong toilet drainage system smell, and it was not replaced. Hotel fare from the sea, and people were swimming in the duck pond.
