Right now I'm here in Cantilena Complex. At a price around 500 EUR per week, I got excellent accommodation (with AI) with very friendly staff. The room is large and clean. Food and drinka are absolutely fine for this money. Pool is clean with lots of sun loungers. I can only rexomend thia hotel!!

Great customer service, not a bad breakfast and not a bad location. However, dirty rooms! The floor is dusty, the toilet seat was disgustingly yellow, and the sheets had stains. Also, mad expensive for what they offered. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back.

A rather grumpy receptionist didn't make us feel welcome, but the rooms were a relief. Spacious, comfortable bed, bath tub and a narrow but adequate balcony. The view of the old houses is interesting. At night very quiet.

The hotel room was good and spacious, and it's very close to the Lion Bridge Metro Station. I'd definitely recommend it. The Wi-Fi was good, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was decent and served until 10:30 AM.

The staff ladies are very attentive and patient. The bedsheets are clean, the towels too, and they smell good. There is hot water 24/7. I appreciate if you can replace the old, lumpy mattress. But it was not so bed after all. It is close enough to the city center, and far enough to sleep quietly at night. I did not use the restaurant/breakfast service so I have no review on that.

A few beach restaurants nearby, including a very nice one right in front of the hotel (the one with a name written only in Bulgarian and a beautiful terrace). Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.

Room was a bit cramped because of the placement of a useless fridge (making use of the couch impossible). The bathroom was really dirty - the bathtub was not cleaned and the jets and drain have probably never been deep cleaned, the toilet had poop stains - overall disgusting. The furniture was old and the chairs had dark stains. For 1 night it was okay-ish for an okay price but if I had to stay more and needed to use the shower, I don't know what I would've done.
