We spent a week here. The hotel is in a very good location. There is a shop nearby. The room is nice and clean, there are toiletries in the bathroom. Our room also had a balcony. There is cleaning every day. The staff is kind and helpful. The food is very delicious, there is a large selection. I highly recommend it! ☺️ Blagodarja! 😉🤗

Very spacious and clean rooms, a huge bed, air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar. Towels are changed daily. I just think the breakfast could be improved, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

A cheap and easy hotel in Bansko. No thrills and breakfast is suspect but you can’t really complain given our room was less than a tenner each per person. You can walk to the ski lift but they provide a free shuttle too.

Sprawling estate with blocks of apartments, with a pool and sauna attached to one block, available to all, and a restaurant and bar attached to reception. Rooms are basic. Solo traveller. I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down.

Friendly, efficient and effective check-in. Great apartment with heaps of space. The bathroom had a shower with very strong pressure and heat — perhaps the best I have had. The hotel is on a plaza and has a bottle shop literally two shops away and lots of food and entertainment possibilities all around.

It's a good place to explore the town of Ruse. On weekends, you can hear music from the nearby restaurants until around 10pm. Personally, I think it's fine as long as you don't mind it.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for about 1 week. It was awesome! For the price you pay you really cant complain. Rooms were spacious and are cleaned daily. The cleaners even left us a little hand crafted towel in the shape of a goose! Only the little fridge didnt work propperly and the shower head unscrewed itself. We had the room in the tarasse, a big room like from an 80s movie. Interesting experience with a nice view, the air-condition was very loud and smelled bad. The personnel in the breakfast was really unmotivated.

Lovely quaint traditional Bulgarian well priced hotel close to the centre of St Constantine Elena which is a 30 min taxi from the airport. We had a lovely size room and breakfast was included. We have just returned from a week at the St Valentine hotel and it was honestly one of the best holidays we have had. Hotel not very well located The hotel is far from public transportation. It's clean and quiet. Breakfast is strange, as you have to choose from several options and can't mix and match. This limits what you can eat.

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. The hotel is welcoming andbthe rooms comfortable. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but they were promptly sorted by very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

Small boutique hotel not too far outside the city centre, 10-15 minutes walk away. Our room was small but looked new and are very clean, extremely comfortable bed. The lobby bar is a kind of a joke, 2 stools and a few bottles on shelves, nothing chilled. The staff were excellent, very helpfull and very friendly. We were there for about 24 hours & ate breakfast once only to realize there was no way to clean the floor from the crumbles the kids left behind.
