Room was cozy with very comfort bed. I had working air conditioning. The TV had like 5 chanels but maybe it was only in my room. The wifi was fast. The receptionist was very kind. There had no noise at the night and place was very calm. I didn't like the location because I had job at the center but for price I paid this place was good.

The hotel is good, rooms are decently sized and clean, it is on the outer part of the city but there is a Lidl conveniently located next to it.

Our gest always comes here to spend more time it's good place to relax

The service is great, the distance to the beach is 30 seconds walk, and there is a beautiful view and swimming pool. The room which I paid 120 euros for one night is a little too much for what is offered comparing to other trips in Europe. Breakfast is ok, but if you are a coffee lover prepare to drink water with powder simulating coffee, which is a failure.

We are in another hotel but we wanted a snack, my son loves onion rings, while passing by on our way to the beach we stopped to have some, the garlic prawns were excellent and the chicken sticks and chips very good and of course the onion rings! It was listed as a 4 STAR HOTEL, but the room we were given was 2 star with a bathroom that had 10 square ft area, that had the sink, a toilet and a shower-head in it...we asked for another room but were told that because of a wedding there are no rooms available. We had a rest in August 2025. We liked it very much. The sea is close here, the pool is clean, the food is delicious, and there is a disco in the evening. My children and I had a lot of fun on our rest.

I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

I love it. It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside. The Staff is a bit rude and the water is not drinkable.

This is a good place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable and cozy room with nice 24 hours service. The wide underground parking place. There two restaurant at the first floor.

The rooms were clean and with nice furniture, just one of the bathrooms was smelling and doesn’t include breakfast. Other than that everything was good and there is parking and park for children in front.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there. In a couple hours got a fine ticket (looked like because I was a foreigner and no cars with BG plates had the ticket)

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! Brought an apartment here. Martin the manager couldn't have been more helpful, even finding us a spare remote control for our air conditioning unit that was lost. Even though the hotel wasn't open because of covid 19 the pool and gym were open/filled for the few guest who have apartments. Very impressed!

Tasty food, reasonable prices, enormous apartments, nice staff. Sometimes you can find a spider in a corner. Unfortunately, way to the beach is pretty dangerous when you walk, but the Hotel has free shuttle bus that will pick you up if you want to wait for it. It's a good place to explore the town of Ruse. On weekends, you can hear music from the nearby restaurants until around 10pm. Personally, I think it's fine as long as you don't mind it.

I visited the complex only to see the sculptures garden. It is absolutely worth it. Maybe not all sculptures are great, but some are quite impressive. Their arrangement in close proximity to the sea and on top of the rocks is very good. All in all a beautiful site.
