Family I went with went here years ago and they remembered it was a much nicer place. Unfortunately our experience this summer wasn't the best. Definitely needs renovation, and it would be a great hotel.. it has beaches nearby, it seems like a generally good placement for a hotel. But the bed sheets and pillows had hairs on them, decorative blanket even had some weird reddish spots on it... cabinet...

The reception told us to park at Grand Hotel, 10 leva 24 hours, the staff are very nice, 2 pools, one for Kids and one very big, i didn't notice any things, good house keeping, ice cream available at near the pool time closing, but I recommend not getting a mix, because the ice cream is very, very frozen, and you are making a staff nervous, and possibly singing, 2 bars avalabile, one near the reception...

We're having an excellent time at Kamchia Park Hotel. Great place to spend your holidays for both families and couples. The hotel is ok close to the sea, but they allow pets on the beach and rooms and restaurant, some are barking hysterical, it's annoying when trying to relax on the beach.

Hotel kept clean and very good service considering end of summer season. Food was fresh but low selection food was served through lunch and dinner, not varied at all .

The hotel was great, the hotel was clean, organised and there was a wide range tasty food with a live grill every morning and dinner where they made pancakes for breakfast and roasted vegetables + meat for dinner. Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools.It's all inclusive. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink. Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price.

The hotel was clean and straight forward. Friendly and helpful at the front desk and cleaning staff. The cartering/food staff maybe need to learn some manners though.

Cigarette smoke gets pumped into your room through vents. If you enjoy sleeping in an ash tray this is the hotel for you.

Nice hotel . Constantly we went to last time we made a comment that I want 3 glasses of whiskey at the same time! The hotel is not something special . Everything old - from the Communist time.The pool was not in very good condition, like a Jacuzzi-the ceiling above them, is rotten and you think that at any time will fall. I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

I love it. It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside. The Staff is a bit rude and the water is not drinkable.

It’s a hotel that looks like an Italian piazza, it opened a few months ago, I like how close it is to the seaside. It has many shops on the first floor, big variety of choices. They are going to open many restaurants next season!

I stayed here off-season, so I paid small money in an area that is quiet out of season . My room was excellent, more like an apartment and for only 20euro a night ,but the biggest problem for me was the complete lack of hot water for my shortened stay as I needed a hot shower and feeling good again after 3 days on the houf.

For the price I got it from TUI.cz : one week all inclusive for about 400 € very reasonable. Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy.
