The rooms are very basic and the housekeeping kept in the bare minimum.
We asked for extra towels for the pool but they didn't provide us with any, instead they told us we had to buy robes from the reception or use the towels from the room.
The bathroom had no certain or glass panel to the shower so it was a mess, we had to explain that so they give us some towels so we can walk in the bathroom which was all wet.
The breakfast is very basic nothing fancy and starts at 8, so if you go skiing and want to be early in the line for the gondola you have to miss it.
