The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be sure to stay here again during our next trip to Bansko

Very comfortable apartment - clean and well equipped. Only a short walk to the old town or ski lift

Not bad. Affortable and more on the cheap side, but pretty decent for a place to crash after a long day on the slopes.

Ikonomov Spa

Rooms were very good and clean but we stayed for 3 nights and our towels and bedsheets never got changed. Only the trash can was emptied

Well located near ski rental and teleski carpark (5 min walk, no need for driving), good breakfast options, clean sauna and jacuzzi. Overall properly maintained premises, staff is polite and speaks good english.

The place is very clean, the staff are friendly, and it is very close to the ski lifts. There is a little spa area with a jacuzzi and a sauna, which is lovely after a day of skiing. The breakfast is tasty and home made

What I liked most about this place is the thought that had been put into the rooms. Our room had bedside tables, bedside lamps, and plenty of shelves and hooks in the bedroom and the bathroom

The curtains were not completely black-out but they blocked out most of the light. These may sound like basic things but it is surprising how many hotels do not have them

One downside is how audible the other rooms were through the wall, although the other guests were not loud

Warm and cozy rooms, very good food, cheap prices and fredly service.

Nice family Hotel good for a family .

Good location right in the city center, polite stuff, homemade breakfast, you can also eat there cheap and good for noon or dinner, the only thing is that if you are on the first or second floor is cold in the room.

There is a good 15 minutes walk to the ski gondola but pleasant hotel crew offer a transfer to and from the ski zone. Breakfast is an usual continental table with a big variety of food

The room was very cozy, equipped with all comforts and with a balcony. The hotel does not have parking but opposite there is a public paid car park until 18:30 and then it is free

Amazing place! Hospitality is top notch. The restaurant offers delicious traditional dishes, the staff is very welcoming and the rooms are extremely clean

good hotel for the money we paid. breakfast and dinner were simple. The receptionist and the other employees were very polite, we did not understand any bad behavior

Very good location but the rooms aren’t clean and the temperature in the apartment was very high. The breakfast was basic.

The spa facilities were great, and we enjoyed visiting the spa after a day on the slopes. I booked a massage with Daisy, and she was fabulous and definitely knew her stuff. We would definitely stay again

One minor issue, which didn't bother us since we don't watch TV on holiday, was that there were no batteries in either of the TV remote controls

Our trip to Bansko was faultless. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The location is excellent. Free parking available, private and public. Rooms are larger then one would expect in this price range. Restaurant is good value. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend it.

We were a group of people whom had an amazing experience with the hotel and their service. They have been very friendly and very helpful. 🛌 are very good and sll amenities are ok. The just need to invest in shower

The rooms were clean and cosy, the matress was amazing! After a long skiing it is the best you can wish for. Hot water was available at all times. The entire hotel is warm and the atmosphere is very pleasent

Nice and tidy rooms, friendly stuff, and excellent location. I enjoy on the breakfast aswell. The owner was extremely helpfull and she gave me reccomendations which places to visit

Every morning we had a buffet breakfast prepared for us which set us up nicely for a day of skiing ahead. After a long day it was always a pleasure to arrive back to the hotel to be greeted by Veronica & her family

We are extremely satisfied with both the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Very nice family hotel. The staff was very kind and I totally recommend the food in the restaurant. Everything that we eat, was very delicious. TOP!

Room was clean and sufficient. It could have used a decent chair. Lady at reception was pleasant. I don't think I can fault the hotel, but I saw after arriving that rooms "may have" balconies

The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!

We had everything we wanted. The massage was really good, also the saună was a blessing after a full day of skiing. Every day the towels were changed. The breakfast had a good value for money.

The location is maybe one of the best places in Bansko because it is near the city centre and also the ski area. The staff is very friendly and responsive

We went for a massage for couples and it was amazing. We both felt so good after the session. The girls did an amazing job. We do recomand it. ☺️☺️

Super super fantastic!! The best food in Balkan area! Don't lose to visit this place! It was pleasure to eat here staff so friendly and warm music from Bulgaria and the family very very kind! We love you guy's! We will come back for sure

Rustic dining service, log burning fire, rich toned traditional feel and a water wheel inside. Each time we come we have the Pork Sach and you cannot go wrong. The staff are friendly and relaxed with really good English

Very nice restaurant! Very polite and friendly staff. Food is delicious. Everything we tried was amazing. The merlot is very good. Definitely will be the must spot in Bansko to come back for lunch and dinner!

We had lunch here and enjoyed it so much we came back for dinner. The appetiser Momini Dvori was delicious. My child rated the biscuit cake here as the best in Bansko!

The place is very good location and clean. Rustic rooms with good service, the staff is extremely hospitable. The ground floor is resturant with delicious food

Very friendly and helpful staff, top location, very good breakfast, spacious and cozy rooms :) Arriving by car might be bs issue, however.

It had a bit of character compared to a chain hotel, family hotel is a good description

An extremely good value hotel, about a 10 minute walk to the ski Gondola and less than 5 minutes to lots of restaurant options

I would give Family Hotel Santo Bansko 100 stars if I could. It was a warm and cosy hotel run by a very friendly couple. Our room was very clean and well heated, which was especially welcome in the midst of Bansko winter

The couple who run the hotel are so genuine and warm, for a couple of city folk like us, we were won over. It was a ski resort, but our stay here also allowed us to feel the small town charm

Lovely cosy location, the couple owning the place is extremely gentle and welcoming and most importantly...3 mins walking distance from the Gondola to go skiing (snowboarding actually)...

We were greeted with smiles every single time they saw us. It's also only a few minutes walk to Bansko gondola station, and near to plenty of food and drink options

But overall its a good hotel if you visit is just to ski or snowboard. Breakfast is included at the price which is great and the buffet has all the necessary ingredients for a breakfast

The wine selection is excellent.

Very clean hotel, close to the center... rich breakfast.., the lady at the reception very kind..helpful. Warm rooms with everything you need.. Even our dog Moka had a great time.. Thank you!!!! 🥰

The hotel is located on a small main road so parking in front of it is impossible. At a reasonable distance, however, there are 3 spaces for free parking and one for a fee. The room was clean and always warm

The triple room was too small for the luggage + boots + helmets that needed to be dried. Clothes were also a problem as there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe or on the wall for three people's clothes

For me this was the biggest problem. You couldn't get through and everything was a mess. I would prefer a third bed in the triple room. Very close to the square but far from the gondola

The destination offers very good benefits and experiences, especially due to modern equipment and low price level

We initially booked it for the perfect location, the great reviews, the spa, kitchen and the ping-pong table. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the owner

This was, by far, the most professional and caring host I have ever encountered. My friends and I stayed at St. Anastasia Apartment in Bansko, and we couldn’t have made a better choice

An excellent place from where to visit explore the region. The wellness centre includes a jacuzzi, steam room, finnish sauna, russian sauna and more. There is also a friendly fox that visits for titbits during mealtimes

We enjoyed cooking and eating family meals in the porch. The hotel is very well maintained. We enjoyed the spa, the yard and the kids room. Breakfast buffet is pretty fixed with some small variety

We asked for kitchen equipment from the staff and got everything we need, if you plan to cook on your own though, I would recommend bringing your own cutting knives and similar small equipment

The food in the restaurant is tasty and above all- the entire staff is lovely and very helpful. The staff helped us with every request, always with a smile and genuinely trying to assist

Do note that the hotel is considered to be in the town of Razlog but is really about ten minutes from the town itself, nested in the mountains. The road there is accessible and well lit

Around the hotel you can find several walking routes that you can walk in and are very pretty. This was our home for three weeks and were very happy for it
