The negative the hotel is in need of a little tlc just a tiny bit for example the back was missing off the remote control for TV the heating seemed to be permanently on as the thermostat had buttons missing the room was clean and tidy unless you looked under the bed and the mirrors in the bathroom were corroded all very minor issues but together don't give the best impression

I booked my first ever skiing holiday here and was trying to keep things as cheap as possible and this hotel actually surprised me how good it was and I have a lot of positives and a few negative the price was amazing the location is literally perfect with a very short walk

The drinks here are very very cheap at under €3 a pint if I was the manager I'd add a euro to the beer price and buy some bathroom mirrors would I stay here again yes without a doubt as it location is perfect with such a short walk to gondola

One thing I would definitely change would be breakfast from 7 instead of 7:30 so people can get to ski lifts early and I am already thinking about staying here again

Everything was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms had great views and were clean and comfortable. Shower always had hot water, would highly recommend and hope to stay here again

The receptionist with brown hair is lovely, she makes a real effort to speak English and her customer service is excellent! The blonde receptionist, on the other hand, is extremely rude

She shouted at me in Bulgarian for refilling my water bottle at breakfast (I paid for this!) How absurd! When I appeared confused, she proceeded to physically smack my bottle and shout ‘no no no’ very aggressively- as a young female - it was quite scary actually

Rooms had stained carpets and sofas/stools, however the cleaners did a great job at making up the beds and changing sheets/ towels/ replenishing toiletries daily upon request

No air con, so gets very hot unless you sleep with a balcony door open. Beds are fairly uncomfortable, but what can you expect for such cheap accommodation

The shuttle bus to the gondola is a great service provided, and the driver is very polite and friendly. It’s a shame I can’t say that for all of the staff

Excellent, organized and fully equipped about everything we needed about our vacations, such as ski equipment rental, transfer, VIP ski pass, heated pool, spa, sauna and a great bar with the best margaritas in all Balkans

I was there with my wife and kids (7 and 6 years old) for a 4 days ski vacations. It was the absolutely best experience we could ever have and people there gave their best for it

We really appreciated their understanding and fairness. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, spa, and saunas

We had a relaxing afternoons at the spa section with sauna , steam room and lovely warm pool. Food and drinks were excellent

Everything was perfect—nothing was missing. The staff went above and beyond with their support and shared valuable information throughout our stay. The gift for the kids at the end was such a heartwarming gesture

Their kids room is so much better than in pictures they have up on the website and the lady there does arts and crafts with the kids. And the pool is very warm- perfect for after skiing and to tire out the kids

I would describe it as a beautiful small hotel in Kos. It has very good food and breakfast, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna with a spa that you can use

The room was well equipped with many storage places the only disadvantage I can say was the semi-open shower box that makes the bathroom full of water and the second one it is about the floor that is with carpet (not the best choice for a clean floor)

In the end, I can say that I had a good experience and I recommend that place as a budget option for accommodation in Bansko center

The staff was friendly and the position of the hotel is placed a few meters from the center of the village with the gondola and all of the cafes, bars, and restaurants

The owners of the hotel, as well as the whole staff members, were very welcoming, nice and really cared that we had good vacation! We participated in the New Year celebration in the hotel’s restaurant - the celebration was very nice: well organized, with the performance of the local dancing group and music, disco, verity of food and drinks, lottery for the guests

The hotel had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful in broken English. All we had to do was ask for a lift up to the slopes and the mini bus would take us up

Great place for the many 👌 have nice personal, nice food and good spa center. I recommended for everyone, they have a shuttle every day to the ski center. The ski center is located 2km from the hotel.

5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the gondola. The hotel is situated away from the main resort in the quieter part of town which was great to get away from all the noise but still be relatively close

Some of staff have a grasp of English and all of them have been pleasant. A little out of the busy town, but fine if your main focus is a nice base to relax after a day in the mountains

We only experienced the restaurant but it was excellent and if the hotel is run with the same care and attention then I can imagine it’s a great place to stay. Eating here was different to other restaurants

Lovely cosy tavern with an open fire. The owner is very friendly and funny. He takes pride and care with his menu of authentic traditional Bulgarian dishes, many of which are created by his family

You must visit or stay at this place when visiting Bansko for the full experience of Bulgarian hospitality. Try the Bombar, it’s simply delicious. Only wish we’d found it earlier on our trip

He explains the menu and shares the ideas for the dishes came from, each have a special meaning to him. We ordered a selection and some dishes were so delicious we ordered a second portion

Nice hotel, service is great! The gym is perfect for any kind of sports, wrestling, bjj, yoga, you name it! Perfect for organizing sport camps or events.

The chap on reception was very helpful, going the extra mile by liaising with the local airport transfer provider as there was an issue with my booking (which I'd made direct, not through hotel)

Great hotel that's perfectly placed between the old town and gondola. We had one of the junior suites and the sofa bed was probably the most comfortable one I'd ever slept on

Found it by pure chance, a real jewel in Bansko! It is cozy, contemporary, very light and offers big and comfy rooms with very good bedding!! The staff however make it the perfect place for a relaxing and care free get away !! A big thank you as you were so welcoming, kind, helpful, going the extra mile to ensure we fully enjoyed our stay and were totally spoiled !! We will definitely come back !!...

Super nice rooms and very good service.

Food is good and staff is mostly friendly. Breakfast only starts at 8, which is very inconvenient if you want to ski. No possibility whatever l whatsoever to get your breakfast earlier in a box of something

Very, very nice hotel, now its name is Asteri. Only a minute or two away from the very center of Bansko! Cozy! It has a SPA center, shuttle to the Gondola lift

Excellent choice for off the season skiing or vacation. Location is away from noise and traffic, apartments are quite big and with option for self cooking, pool is big and in very good condition

Ultimately you trade location for facilities which are excellent. Used the spa and pool every day, and enjoyed breakfast and dinner! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, rooms were clean spacious and well equipped

Of course there is a ski rental shop in the hotel, offering very good value for money skis. Honestly we relaxed so much that we will come back with pleasure

Great Stay! Only minor negative is the location which you need to use the shuttle to get to town, and it's not quite early enough to beat the heavy gondola queue

The meals were very good, especially breakfast and dinner, the lunch buffet was very sparse

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower wasn't tidy, and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The resort itself is truly magnificent.

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The resort is great, and our accommodation, the lake house, was very nice, it had great views, but the bed was horrible, very very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, it is time to change it

The reception was average, it is incomprehensible that there are so many people and none of them speak any Spanish, explanations of the services were just enough, if not almost none

Our one bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean washroom. Only problem was that the walls were thin and we could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms which kept us awake till late most nights

Two years ago, they had issues with too much chlorine in the pool, but this is solved now. The location is just a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

👌 💯 We were accommodated in a super spacious apartment of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony, in a luxury complex, which is 10 minutes from the city, in a quiet and very beautiful area, near the mountains

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable
