Great lower cost hotel, no pool, about 3/4 of a mile from Gondola and main town. Room had nice facilities but I was surprised there was no flat screen TV just old fashioned crt giant TV. Bathroom was nicely modern. Wonderful bakery next door. There was a mini market next door too but that's closed down now, plenty more about though.

Everything was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms had great views and were clean and comfortable. Shower always had hot water, would highly recommend and hope to stay here again

You get what you pay for. Rooms had stained carpets and sofas/stools, however the cleaners did a great job at making up the beds and changing sheets/ towels/ replenishing toiletries daily upon request. No air con, so gets very hot unless you sleep with a balcony door open. Beds are fairly uncomfortable, but what can you expect for such cheap accommodation. I would describe it as a beautiful small hotel in Kos. It has very good food and breakfast, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna with a spa that you can use. We stayed here at the end of December 2023. Pros: Room was clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good enough, good sauna and jacuzzi. Cons: unfortunately, the sauna is open until 20:00, so after a busy day you can’t get into it. You can hear neighbors noise in the room. No lift to third floor.

Lovely cosy tavern with an open fire. The owner is very friendly and funny. He takes pride and care with his menu of authentic traditional Bulgarian dishes, many of which are created by his family. We found this amazing tavern when walking the authentic streets away from the ski centre. The food and atmosphere are amazing and the host is a true original. You must visit or stay at this place when visiting Bansko for the full experience of Bulgarian hospitality. Try the Bombar, it’s simply delicious. Only wish we’d found it earlier on our trip.

The BEST food I've had in Bansko! So good, that we've decided to come back for our next and final evening. Clean small hotel. Rooms are equipped with small fridge. Fine restaurant. Be aware that apartments are on the top floor and there's no lift, so you have to climb your luggage on the stairs. Breakfast is very basic and not tasty, but staff is really friendly and helpful.The pool outside is clean and the garden is beautiful. Parking is small and most of the time full.

Very nice hotel with lovely atmosphere and super kind stuff! The food is ok, the outdoor space - very well organized and maintained. The hotel is super comfortable for group workouts. We got there on a motorbike and had the option to keep it inside the yard for batter safety. The stuff was very understanding and helpful!

The rooms where warm and quite spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Bonus for the kitty in the reception desk. I would appreciete if we had a proper shower since the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. Average breakfast and a bit far from the center of bansko, but for the price it is quite good.I would go again

We stayed there for two nights and the experience was nice! The room was clean, the breakfast was pleasant and we had a great time at the hotel's facilities such as the spa and the sauna. The staff was friendly and willing to help us. However, except for one lady who was fluent in English and we could speak easily with her, the rest of the workers spoke little or no English and we could not communicate...

Perfect room, comfort,clean near the center of the town.Only one thing was a small problem that there wasn't soap 🧼 at all or shampoo!! Nevertheless I recommend it !!It is perfect

Great hotel that's perfectly placed between the old town and gondola. We had one of the junior suites and the sofa bed was probably the most comfortable one I'd ever slept on. Friendly service and clean rooms. We really liked it. The hot pool was perfect after skiing. We definitely recommend it.

Found it by pure chance, a real jewel in Bansko! It is cozy, contemporary, very light and offers big and comfy rooms with very good bedding!! The staff however make it the perfect place for a relaxing and care free get away !! A big thank you as you were so welcoming, kind, helpful, going the extra mile to ensure we fully enjoyed our stay and were totally spoiled !! We will definitely come back !!...
