Impresamente Art Hotel in Sofia

We had a very pleasant stay through a business trip. Staff were very friendly and ready to help you in any way possible. Room was very clean and very comfortable to stay with the best location close to Paradise Mall and close to Metro with easy access to the city center as well.

Our stay at this hotel is very pleasant and meets all our expectations. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-designed with good attention to detail. The hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere and clearly takes care to uphold high standards throughout the property.

A nice touch is the hotel’s focus on art and culture. Throughout the hotel, you’ll find art books featuring works by various artists and master painters, which creates a cultured and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is particularly noteworthy - they are very friendly, professional, and clearly understand what good hospitality means. They are always ready to help and seem to anticipate our needs well. Their attention to detail is impressive, and nothing seemed to be overlooked.

We also used one of their meeting rooms for work, which was a pleasant and well-appointed space - much nicer than the typical plain conference room you might expect elsewhere.

We would definitely recommend this hotel. When we return to Sofia for work, we plan to stay here again. It’s a solid choice that combines comfortable accommodations with genuinely good service.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, generous, and always eager to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay.

The entire hotel is spotless—everything smells fresh and clean, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining a high standard of hygiene. It’s rare to find a place where cleanliness is taken this seriously, and it made a big difference in how comfortable I felt.

One of the standout features for me was the EV charger in the garage—a 22kWh charger that they allowed me to use completely free of charge. That kind of thoughtful service is hard to come by and truly appreciated.

The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Above all, it’s the people who work there that make this hotel special. They are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

Very new hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Near to a metro station and a large shopping mall. Yes, it might be more expensive than some other hotels in Sofia, but it also is brand new and unlike most other hotels in Sofia even in the same price range, it is clean and has a pleasant, modern interior. Our stay was very enjoyable.
