A really wonderful place to stay just south of the centre and right by the Metro station and a good shopping centre. Our second visit, and we would happily stay again. Really great staff and lovely rooms.

It is considered to be a better local characteristic hotel in Bulgaria. They upgraded our room for free, the breakfast was also good, and most importantly, the hotel service was also very good. If we encountered any difficulties, Ctrip was able to handle them in time.

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. Sofia visit Very large comfortable room, very clean. Beautiful window and balcony with greenery. It was quite and pleasant. The staff was professional and very helpful. There is a paid parking (15 euro/24 hours) in front of the hotel, but we parked on the street - it is free during holidays. Safe, green area, at a walking distance to shopping, attractions, restaurants.

Had an overlay at midnight and tried to find a hotel near the airport to sleep. Stumbled upon this quiet little hotel that is only 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi. Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who gave us an old but clean and air-conditioned room for a very reasonable price. Bokked this hotel multiple times, and have never been disappointed, nor have I been particularly impressed. In general cleanliness is ok, although that time,.some rust in the bathroom snd black marks on the wall near the bed gave some bad taste. I guess it's because.some rooms have not yet been res Freshes, while many others have. Overall ok for price.

Room is clean, but quite small. The shower area in bathroom has only partition without a door. There is no toiletries, no kettle and welcome coffee/tea. No refrigerator. We have our breakfast in the hotel. No halal meat, thus we just have our coffee, bread, and fruit.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed many times but on this occasion they had no breakfast facilities on as the restaurant was closed. Although they have a vending machine near reception the coffee wasn't up to much and there wasn't any kettle available to use although they did say they would give us boiled water if we asked.

I booked the hotel for only one night stay. Early in the morning (5:30) there was no warm water to take a shower before my flight. Really disappointed.

The rooms were too hot. We also chose this place for the EV charging, but when we arrived, there was a on diesel parked on the charger spot. The receptionist didn’t know who’s car was. He called us later when the car left.

Spent 9 days here. The place is good, the rooms are renovated and well-maintained. Breakfasts are the same every day, but they are good enought to feel full till lunch. The hotel is close to the city yet surprisingly quiet and very cozy. The parking was a huge convenience for us. The food was excellent, and the newly renovated rooms are modern, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. I would gladly come back again — highly recommended!

Together with the attached restaurant it's a reasonable choice on the outskirts of Sofia. The bus 67 runs in front of the hote but it takes 30 minutes to get to the city. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit worn but everything is clean. The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety.

There is free parking. The rooms were clean. We stayed on the 5th floor. It is very colorful with lots of graffiti art. But air the room well, the rooms are rather stuffy. If you can, stay on the second floor. The pillows are very thin so you might ask for extra pillows.

Dream hotel was perfect for our quick night in Zagreb! They were prompt and courteous with the airport shuffle, even with arriving at 1:30AM. It was a good experience and hotel is in close proximity to main walking street. Can walk to most of the city attractions from the hotel. I did use the metro to get to the hotel from airport and after that 3 days of walking to cover all the major attractions. I extended my stay and they booked me in the other part of their hotel for an extra night at a lower price.

Stayed there for one night before flying back home. The hotel room could be bigger. Price felt little bit too high, otherwise no complains. Parking is available right infront of the building. Next to it is a small grocery shop, but unfortunately it takes only cash.

A very nice 2(two) star hotel, not a 3 star hotel. Our room was small to the point that it was difficult for my wife to maneuver around the bed to get to the bathroom. A great hotel to stay 1/2 nights while in transit, the owner just arrived offered us coffee and drinks, he was very nice and friendly, the price is cheap, the room is clean, it has air conditioning, the TV, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and soft, the only flaw is the bathroom, not the best, otherwise highly recommended

This hotel is located to the south of Sofia in the shadow of the mountains. Small, friendly, comfortable hotel it has no restaurant at present but there sre cafes and restaurants nearby. Dont trust the lift it is unreliabile. The rooms are large enough and clean. It is a short bus ride to the centre of Sofia and there are walks in the mountains.
