Okaish rooms with a slight old smell of smoke, pool water is ice cold, service is ruthlessly overcharging with horrendous food and beverage prices which not reflect the quality of the food or drinks

We stayed here for one night, about 20 minutes from Sofia Airport. The hotel offers parking and 24/7 reception, which was very convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a small balcony and a beautiful view of Mount Vitosha. The jacuzzi was not working, they said one of the guests broke it. I'm not sure why the hotel is 4 stars. Other then that it's close to some nice locations (with a car), it's clean, quiet, you can get a nice massage that costs extra, but it's worth it, it's pet friendly as well.

Perfect stay, nothing to complain about!

The receptionists were professional at their work, although there was something that a little bit disturbed me. At first everything was chill but all of a sudden - like fights (verbal fights), screaming, throwing something and that's all i heard from lobby. Keep that in your mind. Cozy but scary. I WONT visit it again. My review is average because of the professional receptionists.

Staff mostly friendly. Condition of hotel not great frankly, but then again the price was lower than some of those i compared with. But not that well maintained, and a few things could be better with a bit more effort on maintanance, etc.

This hotel is like an oyster. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's got everything you need. Nice reception, friendly staff, rooms basic but well designed. Facilities are in good working order, including airco and h/c water, even the mini bar is stocked. Just one critique: only one elevator.

The hotel isn't bad, but the front desk ruined our initial impression. We booked a room with one bed and even sent an email to the hotel to confirm. When we arrived, they gave us a room with two separate beds. When we asked to switch, they told us to just push the beds together. It's located near the Train Station that's why we booked it. But we never used the train (or tram) because we liked to walk, that way we could see more of Sofia. Ordinary standard but very nice small hotel.

The hotel is located just several minutes away from the main train and bus stations. Rooms are large and double bed is huge. Some elements in the room might be impractical for some people but certainly not disastrous (basically a wet room and not a shower with curtains, low bed and sofa, huge windows that can open just a little bit) but overall it's a very good value and we are glad for staying there...

Very nice rooms. I reserved a parking spot and it was outside in front of a bank. Paid same amount for parking as others that received underground parking. As a positive the breakfast has very good deserts. The negative is that the breakfast was very poor in quality and we also found hair on the plate.

Perfect location. Close to the Paradise Mall and other attractions. Easy to get a taxi if you need to go somewhere. Close to shops to buy food etc. make sure you try their hot chocolate at breakfast time and they can also borrow you an umbrella when needed if it rains and you have to go out. This isn't our first time staying here. It's a fairly comfortable hotel. However, during our last visit, there were no face towels in the room, and the kitchen had very few appliances. There was a stove, but no pots or pans. It's a shame there wasn't a microwave.

This a great place for your rest, since they have really wide range of options for saunas, pools, infrared sauna room and etc. The staff is amazing! Extremely polite and very hasty! One downside is that some of the saunas were not working which was odd since I going there like every other week, and some of them are not working more than a month. First time at Sophia and this is our hotel. Managed to get an awesome deal on a huge room with a great view and spa treatments included. All the sunas are working pretty great, the massage cost extra, but I didn't get the chance to try it. The only minus is that the gym and hot tub was under renovations. The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. But receptionist was really helpful and nice, they take dogs and the bed was OK. Parkin was really good, road to the hotel was horrible. Breakfast was nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Sofia. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was professional and attentive. Amazing rooms. Beautiful, modern, clean comfortable hotel. Great bakery and restaurant on ground floor. We were in a last minute emergency situation with our small dog. We needed to stay in that general area. This place was a blessing. Would love to visit under normal circumstances. Parking is tough but that is all of Sofia.

The room seemed old, so did the linens. During the night, some sound of water leaking or something similar kept us awake. The slot for the room card, to keep the lights on, was flimsy and it was very hard to keep the lights on.

The best accommodation and service This has been the best accomodation and service we have experienced in Europe. We had a great stay here- we actually stayed twice. The rooms were both very spacious- had separate sleeping and living areas and the decor was very beautiful. Both of our rooms (junior suites) had their own balconies. The hotel is in a prime location in Sofia, close to the center but far enough away to be quiet.
