We are really touched by the staff who helped us because we had a punctured tyre. The car rental company will not change our car be ayse they are based in Sofia. There is no spare tyre and no proper gear. If not for Hristiyan, we would not be able to drive the car at all. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

Good parking, guarded, variated food but not every day, staff ok too our needs, very polite, room big bathroom old, good pool, bar ok.

Super experience, I feel in love with one if the receptionist(dalia the Bulgarian chick), everyone was very polite and helped with everything I asked for. The food was amazing, especially the pizza😍😍😍😋😋😋. The stairs to the beach weren’t great but i know it’s not their fault. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Golden Sands. The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

We stay here regularly when visiting family. The rooms are lovely - well decorated and spacious. The staff are very thoughtful and the customer service is excellent. The hotel is well placed for both the centre of town and getting out of town on the motorway.

The newly renovated Hilton Sofia is stylish and comfortable, with beautiful design in the garden, lounge, and rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable. As a Diamond member, I’ve visited three times this year because it’s so memorable, and General Manager Stephan Reiter gives excellent recognition. Great hotel, awesome comfortable rooms. The facilities are great, the bar and restaurant are of good quality. The gym has new equipment and fantastic airconditioning. The sauna and steembath were both great too. The only thing you could miss are a hot tub and/or pool really.

Excellent Hilton hotel in the center of Sofia town, easy to reach from airport with professional staff and good breakfast, very clean and with a very good smell in the hall and in the room, I really want to thank them for the wonderful weekend we had here, if we come back we’ll definitely sleep here. Absolutely recommended

Very nice hotel to stay! Rooms are so big…especially with balcony! Housekeeping are working very good! Launge club do not recommend…nothing to do there for $50! Location is perfect! All official organizations are very closed. Recommended!

What a wonderful experience..from the beginning on arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady who attended to our needs...she looked after our requirements so efficiently... Our stay was fabulous and faultless i can't recommend this hotel enough...we both enjoyed our stay tremendously .. The facilities were fabulous can't wait to return.. Cleanliness...hospitality..friendliness and professionalism...

The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.

Beautiful location and silent place . The hotel has a nice shore and the view is nice . The rooms and breakfast is 7 over 10 , could be better. I was there for business so I did not have the chance to use thermal facilities but they seemed very good.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We shall definitely return.
