It right on the beach, food is ok, nothing much to do in the area. Paid parking outside 10 Leva, inside complex more. They have free sunbeds at the many pools which you can take to the beach. It is nice for relaxing.

This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional. Though my stay was short, I had time to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location was also convenient.

Beautiful view of the beach, nice clean rooms, most amenities available, their Steakhouse is very tasty. But room service is absolutely rubbish. No cleaning, no making up of beds, even after saying it to the staff and reception, they just cleared the dustbins, no other cleaning at all.

Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

I went to the Bonita hotel in August with my family and some friends. Personally, this is the second time I choose this hotel, for several reasons: budget, the fact that it is located in a good area, close to the beach and shops. Spent two weeks here in June 2024. Our room was well presented overlooking the Black Sea with a large balcony. Fantastic staff.Room was nice and house keeping was excellent. Only grudge would be this is not a hotel for people with mobility issues as there is no easy access to dining room. After saying that ,the staff arranged for my meals to be brought up to me. The ramp to reception is very steep and will be a problem for wheelchair users. My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

The place is good for families and tourists that value quiet and comfort. The hotel has two buildings, indoor and outdoor mineral pools, a spa center, a good restaurant, and lots of recreational activities. The indoor pool is perfect for kids with its water slide, which is safe and fun for kids aged 6-14 years.

We just use the swimming pool with kids, there is a slide inside. Little ones have it fun.

I didn't like that small bottle of water costs 2 BGN, which regardless of its a hotel should be really twice as less, having in mind it's bottled in the backyard of the hotel and whole hissarya is full of free of charge...

It used to be a wonderful hotel, but now it needs renovating. The rooms are worn out, and need to be refreshed. The hotel is very big, so if you want to have a peaceful stay, this is not your place. The spa centre is too small for the amount of people there. The pools need more regular cleaning. It is not bad to stay for a day or two.

A large hotel, which in the past was on a level, but now the rooms are neglected, the corridors need urgent repair, there is a queue in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the salt room is full and noisy. For this, 180 BGN per night is paid, which is too expensive. The good thing is that breakfast is superb and delicious. For this price I would not visit again, even at half the price it is currently.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel only because of the SPA. The room we stayed in had old furniture. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and it was okay. I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner in the restaurant.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. Maybe I'd prefer a shower over a bathtub but it's a very minor thing. AC worked without any problems...

I was there for a student party. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the varied food. The room was amazing on the 8th floor with a direct view at the sea. Although I only stayed there for two days, it felt like I stayed for a whole week and I left with very pleasant memories.
