The hotel has a great location at an intersection, and it even has a bar and an open-air restaurant, which is very convenient. It's also close to a shopping mall, just across the pedestrian bridge. The hotel environment is nice, the rooms are good, very clean, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem of a hotel. It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there.

Spent the weekend with my family. The new SPA is amazing - feels like the little brother of Grand Hotel Therme haha. Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and so was the food. As overall it’s probably the best place to stay in Bansko for SPA and skiing.

Went for a week's fly and flop holiday. Weather was amazing, not too hot. Hotel was tucked away at the end of Sunny Beach ***** so its a bit quieter than the rest of it. There is a little noddy train that tales you from one end to the other for approx 6 Lev (will be euros from Jan 26) along the promenade. Can't say enough good things about this resort hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It's on the north side of Sunny Beach, away from much of the touristy/divey shopping and bars and stuff, which are fun...but better to be a little removed from that stuff for where you stay. Nice rooms generously equipped with everything you will probably need. Downside for me was the perpetual party music. This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel! The location cannot be beaten, just at the heart of Burgas, accessible by car, foot (bus as well). Everything is close by. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Service is very attentive. Recommended.

The landmark hotel of the city of Burgas. Built in 1976, totally refurbished in 2000, it is very fancy. Nice room, clean and cozy. Impressive breakfast with large variety of products. At the heart of city center, very good location. Restaurants, shopping, banks everything is nearby. Hotel is new, renovated recently. Room cleaning, refilling of teabags, coffee capsules etc could be better but still everything is available. I would recommend staying and would next time again choose to stay in this hotel.

I don’t want others to have the same disappointment as us. We upgraded to a sea view room which was the view of a night club which we knew nothing about. We were kept awake until 6 in the morning on the Friday and Saturday night thankfully it was closed after the Saturday night. I am shocked that others haven’t commented on this.

Spent 10 day's at this hotel,with my partner, we are on our last day booo.. The hotel 🏨 is of excellent standard, Breakfast is of a good standard, in our opinion there is plenty to choose from. We very much enjoyed our laid-back stay at this beautiful hotel in Sozopol. Our room was beautiful with a terrific view of the harbor. Breakfast was very good and the location is great for many restaurants, shops, the beach, and a harbor cruise which we enjoyed. The staff gave us some excellent recommendations for dining out at places with a lovely view of the bay.

This hotel has a very good location - just on the opposite site of the train station, close to the center of the city. It's a busy hotel with large enough clean and tidy rooms. The stuff is really friendly. I've been there several times and I'll keep staying there during my next visits in Varna.

One of the greatest Hotels in Sunny Beach. Me and my family used to go at Rome Palace Deluxe since 2020, even twice of one year. We love everything here, from position, rooms to great and variate food. A big plus is the inside parking area.

A luxurious hotel with a nice spa and extremely rich and high-quality food. Suitable for business or family vacation. Tennis or bike rental is available, and there are also golf lessons. There were 1-2 things we would like better- the pool could be warmer and in the room the person who slept on the additional bed was cold as the wind was blowing through the closed windows.

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools.It's all inclusive. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink. Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price.

Very close (6 mins) drive from the Sofia airport. Very convenient as we were driving to Bansko for our annual skiing trip. Very clean, Family friendly and easy to book.

The facilities are modern and the service is excellent. However, they do not provide bottled water. You have to take your empty bottles to the water dispenser in the corridor to get water.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is very clean. It must be a new hotel. The facilities are also new. It is very convenient to be next to a supermarket. The front desk service is good. The check-out was two hours late on the last day. Thank you very much. I hope to come again in the future.

They don't clean the room every day, and even if they do, they don't change the towels. That's really not good.

1) The location is great, next to the beach. 2) The food is varied, without seafood. There was ice cream around 4 pm every day. 3) The cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired. They wanted to change the towels only at the end of the stay. In principle, for unpretentious guests everything was satisfactory.

This hotel is old and rundown . We arrived late at night and the room was very nice clean and comfortable. No tea coffee or water in the rooms. Breakfast was awful little choice and did not look good . Get a new cook and clean the outside of the hotel.

This is q beautiful classical hotel right in the center of towns. The room was very big - 30 square meters - and comfortable. But it was outdated and somewhat shabby. The hallway was dark. The breakfast was adequate but there could have been more choices. The staff was friendly.
