I enjoyed my time at the Spa , it was a perfect weekend getaway , the Spa staff are super friendly and helpful. We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. The hotel does have old decor but that gives it a very cosy feel. All staff polite, smiling and welcoming, food amazing, ski hire below hotel. Mixed review. Lovely staff and breakfast great. Bedroom was supposed to be a junior suite with balcony but balcony tiny. Mattress was ancient and sagged badly. Housekeeping did get us a topper. Spa was lovely and pool.

We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning. Lovely bar area with nice cocktails, we had dinner in the restaurant which was authentic Bulgarian food and the Spa was great.

A hotel where you can relax - large green areas around the pool. Suitable for both reading a book and playing with a crawling baby. Delicious themed dinners - mussels, snails, barbecued pork ribs, unique soups and donuts. Large rooms enough for a family of 5 with a baby.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. The food was delirious, there were many different options and I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. One of the best and oldest spas in Velingrad. You are in an old style 5 star Hotel, but the genuine version. There is a lot of space inside and outside, beautiful park around and the city center is accessible by foot. I give 5 stars to the spa. The amenities are great with some weird kinks. For example - the light switch for the bathrooms is behind the door on the outside of the bathroom so if you open the door you can't effectively reach for the light. It's a typical, old-fashioned European hotel. It's relatively clean and tidy inside, but it can't compare to the ones in China. Otherwise, there's nothing special. This is a relatively centrally located hotel, but that's the norm in Eastern European cities.

Stayed with the family for a week. The positive side: cleaning ladies doing their job nicely. Rooms big enough, big beds. Really close to the beach. Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

We spent a lot of time at the casino. It is the biggest in bansko but much smaller than international casinos you might be used to. Great that they have a separate smoking casino but the doors remain open so you can smell smoke in the non smoking side too. A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to.  Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind. Having mentioned the restaur, the variety and quality of the served food items are well within and possibly exceeding its category. Well done!

The room is spacious and in a great location. It's right in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere.

The rooms are quite big and comfortable. It is very clean and there are a lot of hygiene and cosmetic products in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and there is very good coffee. When I will visit Sofia again, I will choose the same hotel.

Avoid the breakfast! It was by far the worst we had in the entirity of Bulgaria and certainly isn't worth its money. You got bakeries all around for that. The rooms were OK, although could use some maintanence. The showerhead was broken in a way that half of the water came out its back.

Great hotel, clean and tidy. Comfy rooms. Buffet was really good for breakfast and evening meal. à la cart menu was good and food was equally as good. Some staff on reception were a little rude or useless but other than that no complaints, bar staff and restaurant were good.

A fair hotel overall. Our room had a noticeable sewage smell, and although there was no availability to change rooms on the first night, the issue was resolved the following day. I stayed there for a short vacation with my daughters. The rooms are all well equipped and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool (for which one requires a swimming cap), a sauna, a steam room and massage services. The breakfast options are varied and the restaurant is also very nicely decorated and elegant. Loved it here!

Location is a bit out of the centre but some may like it that way. Rooms are nice and fresh. WiFi works great. Pool and sauna are spacious. Be aware that there are swimming lessons conducted so it might be almost fully occupied ( only one lane available for hotel guests). Nice hotel, excellent location, very clean, excellent service! Will definitely be back!!

4 stars for the low soundproof. I had to knock to my neighbors at 2 am to calm them down and there was no music just talking. The rest was good, friendly and polite staff, excellent breakfast, location nice and quiet walking distance to the biggest shopping center Paradise mall. Nice sound, steam and dry. Swimming pool long enough to have a swimming excercises.
