I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, but this is probably the first time I’ve experienced a hotel closing its restaurant area for a party and allowing loud music to play until 3:30 AM. Being woken up by the noise and then going down to the lobby only to be met with an indifferent attitude from the staff made the experience even more disappointing. These are behaviours that definitely do not suit...

It’s a hotel that looks like an Italian piazza, it opened a few months ago, I like how close it is to the seaside. It has many shops on the first floor, big variety of choices. They are going to open many restaurants next season!

Great big place! No warm water

perfect location for Dentaprime (10 minute walk) or Beach (3 minute walk), very clean and pretty new (max 3 years old), with a couple of small botiques, snack stores and restaurants Rooms new, clean and well equiped, even with Airconditioning, which isn't even mentioned on their web site. Nice hotel, but the all inclusive food was a litle bit boring. Clean rooms, but everywhere was a slight smell, like mold. I gave 4 star for the beach, the outside garden, and the exterior pools! It was a nuce experience after all!

Very old hotel, with old furniture... Definitely not my vision of 5-star hotel. Overall it was ok, but I won't be staying there second time. The buffet was ok. Not too excited about it though. We are a family of 2 and spent 5 days at this hotel in early January. We booked a studio and a family of friends with 2 kids booked an apartment. The location is spectacular, on the seafront! We have been going here for 5 years, every year and we love it! Beautiful gardens with lots of greenery, well maintained, many and clean swimming pools, large and clean apartments, very good food and good prices, exceptional quality-price ratio. We booked a vacation through a travel agency. We were given a suite (living room with a sofa bed for the kids) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. A balcony with a beautiful sea view! The name is well deserved. If you walk around you'll see all sorts of plants, shrubs and landscapes. 8 different swimming pools hence happy kids. The resort is more family orientated. If you want madness Sunny Beach is nearby.

I stayed here off-season, so I paid small money in an area that is quiet out of season . My room was excellent, more like an apartment and for only 20euro a night ,but the biggest problem for me was the complete lack of hot water for my shortened stay as I needed a hot shower and feeling good again after 3 days on the houf.

I like it very much. It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea. That works too.

My overall experience is ok, but since they promise access to an aqua park, I don’t expect it to be closed and out of service. In case access to the aqua park is a deal breaker for you, make sure to personally contact them and ask for details/availability. Also, food and beverages are cheap in quality but I appreciate the diversity after all. For the price, I am a bit disappointed.

One of the best Spa Hotels that we have visited recently where the customer service is outstanding and the Spa was included in the price of the room! Upon arrival at the hotel the Staff advised us that they are giving us a free upgrade to a premium room. We had booked a standard room so that was a very pleasant surprise for us. A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

Was my first time at an all-inclusive hotel. So for my experience with that, it was pretty cool. Never had to pay for food or drinks, all you can eat during meal hours, whatever drinks you want by the pool. But that doesn’t mean we weren’t unhappy with some things. So let’s start with the bad. It does annoy me when I read the reviews, about breakfast as boring, everything is there, from a cooked breakfast, to yoghurts, cereals, fruit, pancakes, waffles, tea coffee and cold drinks. Again all with friendly staff. Lovely large rooms with TV...
