During my stay at the hotel I liked my stay I liked the service of the staff but especially the animation. I talked to Vanessa one of the animators and I had fun playing the games. They are always smiling and give me energy.

The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

The answer staff provides is that “the hotel is busy.” The rooms on the first floor don’t have coverage at all, in the lobby area the signal is very weak, not possible to do work. This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. This hotel is grand and newly renovated. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit all the attractions. The toiletries are Clarins, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. Highly recommended!

Very good location, cozy room although the ventilation system still old soviet style. Friendly staff, check-in time 15:00 sharp with no exception.

Great and convenient location, making it easy to walk to many interesting sights. The room was a good size, and the gym had good quality equipment available 24/7. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its price point. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Sofia.

On our first day here, we visited Azzuro, the restaurant next to our hotel, and were warmly welcomed by the sweetest, kindest, smiling lady. 🥰 We enjoyed some homemade rakia and coffee, and the food arrived quickly – and was absolutely delicious. 🍽️ In the evening, they have live music, and the atmosphere is just perfect! 🎶✨

If I could I would rate this place 6 stars We were only at the restaurant but it was so cheap I thought it would be terrible but it was so good it would worth 3* the price, The service was fast and the waitress was kind, the world needs more places like this

The food here is amazing – some of the best chicken bites, fries, and pizza I’ve ever tried! I had the chance to talk to the owner, who told me they only use fresh meat and quality ingredients. No frozen or pre-made products – everything is cooked on the spot. You can really tell by the taste. Highly recommended!

Cheap as chips, absolute bargain, wife had pork in a pickled sauce and chips, I had the full mixed grill, both meals came with a complimentary small beer, I also had another small beer, total bill came to 44.40 Bulgarian levi, £19.05 sterling, what an absolute gem of a place, even had live music 🎶

The best restaurant in Sunny Beach, we visit it every year. They have the best chicken and the band is playing some lovely music that everybody knows. And the staff is really helpful and looking after you. And the Host/owner is the most lovely lady she is the best. They are always happy to see you. It’s definitely a place you need to visit. A huge recommendation❤️❤️

I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

Hotel is renovated and rooms are comfortable. Spa is quite good, especially the big jacuzzi outside. Massage is excellent and professional. Breakfast is terrible, and very basic. Some badly dried eggs, some salad which feels more like plastic, and some fried bacon.. We also had a dinner, and food had no taste. Management needs to seriously work on attitude and client orientation. Asked cleaner...

It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Amazing hotel. Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want . The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can. I know that I will come back here for sure .

nice spa, I went during the weekdays outside season. I guess in the weekend it might be too crowded

All our needs was in walking distance if not at the hotel! Breakfast was absolutely awesome with a wide range of foods to choose from!! We highly recommend Interhotel Sandanski!!
