This hotel had rave reviews online, but my actual experience was just okay. The front desk staff during check-in wasn't very friendly and came across as a bit aggressive. I'd suggest they get more training on polite customer service.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the location and service are still excellent! The price, however, fluctuates quite a bit; it was 700 yuan more expensive than my last visit!

The location is excellent connected to shopping mall. Many food choices in the mall and nearby. Metro station is also very close by for easy transport.

Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Location!

My stay at the East Beijing Hotel was absolutely amazing! The location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to a major shopping mall and a Metro station, making travel effortless. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They do speak English and offered an extended level of helpfulness. The team even went above and beyond, leaving a personalized birthday cake and a thoughtful note in my room.

Though this was a business trip, the level of comfort and service guarantees that I will absolutely go back again with my family. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to come back to EAST. Everything is on point, above all for late check in. It went as quick as before. I was in my room in no time. I loved the food menu, simple but very tasty. I tried the swimming pool this time, mind blown away. Really amazing experience swimming in that pool. They got a steam room and sauna. The hotel is very minimalist when you compare it to other hotels. But the comfort and location is unparalleled. Attached to the indigo mall and subway. I am using DD a lot and from the hotel everything seems short distance. Rooms are as shown on the pictures. Bed are very comfortable. I like the options on their menu. It’s also easy to order from outside providers or just go next door to the mall.

This hotel has been around for many years, and I always choose EAST Beijing whenever I have meetings on the east side. The environment and location are great, it offers good value for money, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, accessible to East side of Beijing and public transportation at ease. Hotel facilities are well kept, loads of lovely arts on display. The most important thing, it’s conveniently connected to a mall. Stubble across Cathay’s event. Makes perfect sense, since this hotel and Cathay are subsidiaries to the Swire Group. Overall, excellent.

The location is fantastic, right next to Indigo Mall, making dining, getting around, and catching a movie at night incredibly convenient. My daughter and I stayed here once before and had a wonderful experience. That's why I booked this hotel again, but perhaps because it was a king-sized bed room? Anyway, the room felt really small, the facilities seemed a bit old, and the breakfast wasn't as varied as I remembered.

Extremely clean and tidy! The front desk service was excellent, always ready to help, and delivered food orders incredibly fast. The service was very attentive. Check-in and other procedures were super simple and quick. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The environment is great and the scenery is beautiful.
