Secondly, Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. They try to accommodate to our needs and also provide us with breakfast buffet that is affordable.
Thirdly, they have a laundry/dryer room which is definitely helpful for us who brought limited number of clothing.
AFI: I would have hoped that the hotel had another lift so that it is more efficient for users. There is only 1 lift, that can fit our family with luggages. It is not very big, so it gives everyone a chance to practice patience. Overall, thank you Crystal Orange for the positive experience.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. 👌🏼
I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety and was especially worthwhile given the promotional rate during my stay. The room was well-designed and thoughtfully stocked with bottled mineral water and fruits provided daily, which was a nice touch.
A highlight of my stay was the adorable delivery robot – a fun and efficient feature that added charm to the experience.
There are some areas for improvement in cleanliness. The bathtub had noticeable brown stains, resembling coffee marks, and could use more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the buffet utensils could be better cleaned to enhance the overall dining experience.
That aside, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, value, and thoughtful amenities.

Room is decent size, clean and comes with basic amenities. Lobby also has free tea and coffee.
Only downside is that there is only one lift in the building and it can be a bit of a wait.
