The staff here are really friendly and helpful. We got a family room, which was perfect for my parents and me. It was very quiet and had a lot of character.

This hotel has a lot of character, and I especially loved the courtyard in the middle – it was so pleasant to sit there and enjoy the breeze after dinner. Many of the guests were foreigners, giving it a very international vibe. The location is also super convenient, with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get anywhere.

The Jingshan Garden hotel is absolutely charming. Pretty and quiet courtyard location at the edge of the hutong. The location is a little challenging because DiDis come from one direction and they can get stuck in the narrow hutongs. It's a bit of a hike to a metro station but easy to grab a bus to the Forbidden City and other nearby locations. Finally succeeding at unlocking bikes on our last day...

Not the easiest place to find but ended up being a pretty good location and central to the Metro as well as main attractions. Forbidden City is a reasonable walk away. The breakfast was a great value and the hotel overall was a great choice. Excellent value for the price point. Would recommend and stay there again.

Great location, helpful staff , value for money. I love the lobby area with hot tea and cozy sofa. The washing service is very convenience. Definitely book this hotel again when we visit Beijing next time.

Staff barely know as couple words in English, forgot to give me breakfast tickets on check in, so on second morning I dint have time to eat properly having no time to deal with reception about it ( while leaving for train really early).. Room was not cleaned daily. Cleaner just removed dustbin and top up toilet papers.  Toilet and shower room remained in unclean condition unless you informed the front receptionist. Just left tea and coffee bags on table without any effort to put them into glass container provided. Okay to basic cleaning but does not expect bedding not done, shower cubicle not washed and floor not mopped.

I took train from the airport, when i reach Dengshikou, i have to carry my luggage and walk up the stairs. There is no lift/escalator at the train station exit. No supper spot nearby as well. For a location in the Second Ring Road area, this hotel is already excellent. I highly recommend staying here. The front desk staff, Hu Jiahui, was incredibly friendly and had a very welcoming smile. I bothered her multiple times, and each time she enthusiastically answered all my questions. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I need accommodation in the future.
