Shanghai Pagoda INNO Hotel in Shanghai

Rooms are clean and nice, adjustable moving table is very good for working purposes. A few big malls within walking distance.

The hotel's overall quality is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, with attention to detail. The facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, meeting all daily living needs. There's also a fantastic, fully-equipped gym downstairs. The staff are friendly and polite, and they're very efficient; I needed something printed and it was done quickly. The entire experience was great. The environment is peaceful and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Definitely worth recommending and checking out.

The hotel's location is excellent, and cleanliness wasn't an issue.

However, the facilities had some significant drawbacks. The bathroom door was very problematic; the toilet and shower shared the same glass door, which was extremely difficult to slide and very inconvenient (as shown in the picture). There were too few power outlets, making charging devices a hassle. The light switches weren't clearly marked, and the night light shone directly into your eyes.

Regarding service, the younger male front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional. When I checked in, I wasn't the only guest, and he was impatient and impolite with everyone, not using any basic pleasantries. He also didn't inform me about any of the hotel's facilities; I had to find the laundry room myself later. At one point, a hotel call came in to the female staff member opposite him. She wasn't sure about the situation, hung up, and then asked the male staff member, who directly mocked the guest who had called for inquiries – that was completely out of line. He also made a point of pretending to be busy with other things (even though guests could see his screen and he clearly wasn't busy) before grudgingly responding to guest requests.

Although the hotel's physical amenities aren't a major issue, I will not be staying here again due to the service attitude. Being next to a university, I'm sure they won't miss one guest.

A really nice hotel! The decor and front desk service were both excellent. I especially appreciated that they offered a late breakfast after the regular hours. The preserved vegetable and shredded pork noodles were delicious – highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Wujiaochang area for business.

My stay at the Pagoda Hotel Shanghai Wujiaochang was truly excellent. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern and stylish concept, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with smart features. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

I've stayed here many times. The facilities are excellent, especially the comfortable lounge sofa and the versatile movable table. However, the soundproofing is still poor, and improving that would make it even better.

Coming to Shanghai, I specifically chose the Pagoda Hotel (Fudan University, Shanghai Branch) that I've been eyeing for a while. I booked the Deluxe Family Twin Room for four people, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations!

First of all, the hotel's location is fantastic! It's right in the Wujiaochang business district and KIC (Knowledge Innovation Community), next to University Road, which has a ton of trendy restaurants and cafes. In the evening, we went to a folk bar nearby, and it was a wonderful experience. It's also super close to Fudan University; we even took a walk on campus in the morning, which was lovely.

Back in the room, it was incredibly spacious, absolutely not cramped for a family of four. There were two large beds, plus a tatami mat that could be used for sitting or lying down. We had tea and snacks on it during the day, and there was plenty of space to move around. The smart room control system was so convenient; a simple voice command could open or close the curtains and turn the lights on or off. Through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, we had an unobstructed view of Wujiaochang's city skyline, which was truly expansive.

The hotel's service was also excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the butler even asked about our accommodation preferences in advance. There's also a free self-service late-night snack bar after 9 PM, which was a pleasant surprise! The mini-bar was complimentary, and all the in-room amenities were well-stocked. Plus, food deliveries were brought up by a robot, which was both convenient and private. The hotel also has a gym and a laundry room, which is incredibly thoughtful for families with children, allowing us to wash and dry clothes anytime.

Finally, a quick reminder: hotels in Shanghai typically don't proactively provide disposable toothbrushes, but you can always ask the front desk if you need one. However, this is a minor detail, and overall, this Pagoda is definitely worth recommending, especially for family trips – you can't go wrong with it!

My stay at the Shanghai Pagoda Junting Design Hotel in Wujiaochang was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect, right in Wujiaochang Chuangzhi Tiandi. It's super close to the subway, University Road, and major shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and exploring. The room design is very stylish, with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offering great views, and the tatami area was very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom featured double sinks and a smart toilet, and the toiletries were exquisite. The service was thoughtful; check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was extensive, with local Shanghainese snacks and freshly made noodles. They even offered free late-night snacks! The hotel was clean, and overall, it offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!
