The front desk service was really great. A tall lady saw my friend and I arriving in Shanghai with suitcases. The room we originally booked couldn't accommodate our suitcases, so the lady at the front desk immediately upgraded our room for free. She's really nice, and the service is excellent. It's really great. Everyone is welcome to stay here. The environment is also very clean and everything is very comfortable. They even have robots deliver takeout.

The price/quality ratio is good! We only stayed overnight at the hotel, and spent the day exploring the city. 10 minutes' walk to the metro. There are many cafes and shops nearby. About 800m to the shopping center, and the Circus is nearby. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. Garbage was removed, water, tea, and toilet paper were delivered every day, and towels were changed every day. There is a microwave at the reception on the 1st floor, so you can warm up food. I recommend it for a budget vacation!

The staff is really helpful and friendly. The accomodation is newly built so everything seems nice. I love how convenient the location is, took us about 10 mins to walk to the metro station line 1. On our way to the metro station there is a noodle place that is surprisingly good and tasty, more than any restaurant we came by during our trip. Just a minus point about the smell of the bathroom, a bit off. And the TV is suppper slow. Other than that, we are satisfied with our room ❤️ love love love
