Whenever I'm in Shanghai for business near Shanghai Railway Station, the Pullman Shanghai Jing An is always my top choice. It's just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, which saves a lot of time and hassle from waiting for taxis – the location is a huge advantage. Plus, it's a five-star hotel with great ambiance and facilities, and the service is very attentive. Any request is just a phone call away. Highly recommend it; I'll definitely choose the Pullman again on my next visit!

Choosing this hotel for my business trip was an excellent decision; its overall quality definitely meets five-star standards. The lobby is grand and elegant, and both the work and relaxation areas are superb. The rooms are quiet and well soundproofed, allowing for peaceful rest and work. The staff are highly professional, efficient, and pay great attention to detail. The dining quality is consistently good. Overall, my stay was fantastic, making this my top choice for business travel.

Five-star quality, excellent value for money! Located in the heart of Jing'an, just a few steps from the metro station and opposite the train station. The hotel is grand and elegant, with clean and comfortable rooms and attention to detail. It features a heated pool and gym, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of Western and Chinese options. The service truly deserves full marks! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively upgraded our room, and patiently guided us with directions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with high-quality amenities. The entire stay was thoughtful and attentive, making for a truly fantastic experience! Five stars well-deserved, highly recommended!

I always choose this hotel when I'm in Shanghai for business. Not only is the location convenient for work, but the hotel service is also quite good. The front desk assigned me a room with a great view, which instantly put me in a better mood. Enjoying the city view with a cup of tea in hand, I could work while also taking in the surroundings – it was really pleasant. Highly recommend checking it out!

Accompanied a friend to Shanghai and chose the Pullman Hotel due to its proximity to the train station. Our stay was fantastic! The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. The room facilities were clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the hotel's excellent location made getting around very convenient, adding a lot of ease to our trip. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Shanghai. I met up with friends in Shanghai, and this hotel was perfectly located near the high-speed train station, just a few minutes' walk away. The environment was really peaceful, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The front desk staff were particularly wonderful and provided excellent service. I arrived a bit early and needed to change clothes to meet my friends. Since my reserved room wasn't ready yet, they quickly gave me another room that was clean, allowing me to check in and get ready without delay. I really appreciate that the key card for the elevator only allows access to your floor; it made me feel very safe as a solo female traveler. If I come back to Shanghai, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. The photo is of the lobby on the first floor; the room picture is after I'd already stayed one night, just for your reference.
