Although the hotel is a bit old and the decor is outdated, overall it's still decent. The breakfast is alright, with a reasonably good variety, though not exceptionally great.

The hotel's location is a definite advantage, being very close to Fudan University. Many people attending classes or events at Fudan choose to stay here. This is pretty much the only significant advantage of this hotel; otherwise, it's fairly average.

Booked this for my family. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Fudan University, and the subway is super close, making transportation very convenient. The facilities are generally well-maintained, and check-in was efficient. The room was standard, nothing spectacular, but overall, it was decent. The front desk can assist with booking Fudan University visits, which is a huge plus, as the saying goes, 'the one nearest the waterhole gets the moon first' (a local advantage). Breakfast offered a good variety. For a hotel near Fudan and Tongji universities, this one is quite good overall.

Perfect family stay with kids! The hotel is right next to Fudan University, offering green campus views from the window. We could even book campus visits through the concierge, which was a great way for my child to experience the prestigious university atmosphere – they absolutely loved it. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep for my child. Guests have access to the gym and pool, perfect for some light exercise with the kids. The Qingyunxuan cultural and creative store in the lobby sells Fudan souvenirs, great for a memento for the little ones. The staff were warm, patient, and very friendly towards children. Overall, it was a cozy and comfortable experience. Highly recommend for family trips!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. It's right next to Fudan University, so there's a strong academic and historical atmosphere. The hotel kindly arranged a tour of Fudan's old campus for me, which was really rewarding. My room faced the university, and the hygiene and service were both top-notch. Fantastic!

Excellent! The facilities are pretty good, the service attitude is great, and the cleanliness is spot on. The environment is lovely. While I didn't experience the university visit reservation assistance service, overall, it was a very good stay!

The service really wasn't great. We arrived after 10 PM, and there were no king-sized beds left for the standard rooms. My partner asked if we could get an upgrade, especially since we had a child with us. The front desk staff hesitated for about 5 seconds, mumbling without a clear answer, so we didn't push it. Also, the way the front desk staff spoke left a lot to be desired. Seeing we had a child, they said, "How about I give you a set of children's toiletries?" I was instantly dumbfounded. Erm, isn't that something that should be provided automatically? Do I really need to be offered it as if it's a favor? And breakfast was truly terrible. But then again, the price was quite low.
