The hotel is great, the breakfast is excellent, the only downside is that they don't deliver food to the room; you have to go downstairs and get it yourself from the cupboard, which is quite inconvenient considering the price you pay. I booked an expensive room and it doesn't have that convenience. Otherwise, it's great; there are people who speak English and help with luggage.

The hotel boasts a superb environment – beautiful and quiet. This is my second stay here. A special thanks to Anbery, Yuki, and Vincent whose service left a deep impression. They were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. A very satisfying trip overall.

Overall was good. Good Location accessible to many places. hotel breakfast and lounge buffet was great. Staffs are helpful and room is very clean. Is a good place to stay at for leisure holiday.

The rooms and service are consistently good, as always. The courtyard in the patio is perfect for friends to gather and chat, offering a unique ambiance. Plus, the location is excellent; it's just a block or two from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and Nanjing East Road Metro Station, and also very close to the Bund. Do be aware that it's an older hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated.

Very friendly staffs, esp Concierge Hunter. He was so patience with guiding me how to use the didi for the first time and even wrote me a directions on a paper making sure I can get my way back to the hotel. Concierge team are all very friendly and responsible team. Walking distance to Nanjing pedestrian street and The bund, convenient stalls are around the hotels.

The hotel is really old. The cabinets and hangers are all chipped to varying degrees. And get this, there were two bottles of shampoo in the bathroom but no shower gel, which is just insane. I really don't recommend staying here.

The hotel boasts a very friendly neighborhood, conveniently located near the Lujiazui central area in Pudong. From here, you can spot Pudong's iconic 'kitchen trio' skyscrapers and other landmarks. It's also in close proximity to the Pudong Art Museum and various other museums, surrounded by a very well-established community.
