Avril provided excellent service. The hotel environment was comfortable, and its location near the outlet mall was convenient. The breakfast quality was also good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
The hotel's location is perfect, just across from the outlet mall after turning right off the G50 exit. Whether heading into or out of the city, it's a fantastic experience. Besides shopping, there are also many tourist attractions nearby, such as Sheshan Happy Valley. The hotel is high up, offering excellent views. The beds are comfortable, and the space feels spacious. The rooms are around 40 square...
I was so pleased with my stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed. The toiletries were also of excellent quality. The hotel's ambiance was quiet and comfortable, without any hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing after a tiring journey. I especially want to praise Lilian, the front desk staff. She was so welcoming and attentive...
The pool was nice and the area was good.
Good amenities and friendly staff
Breakfast is also great
Very big spacious room with kitchen and washing machine. There is sofa bed and dining set. Will stay here again next time if we take flight from hongqiao airport.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient for getting around. It was a really comfortable stay. The service was warm and attentive, especially Lven Qiu, whose service attitude was excellent. Highly recommend!
The river view room at this hotel offers an excellent view, overlooking the Huangpu River and the towering skyscrapers of Lujiazui right before your eyes. The room has a touch of Chinese style, which adds a lot of charm.
The location and overall environment of the Indigo Hotel are great.
Breakfast might be the only drawback. It's not as extensive as other five-star hotels; the buffet area is quite...
Excellent! I love Hotel Indigo, and if I recall correctly, this particular one used to cost over 2,000 [currency unit] per night. It's a good thing the economic downturn has made it more affordable for us. It's right by the Bund, but not on Nanjing East Road, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The view from the 30th-floor bar is unbeatable, making you feel like you're in New York...
Very comfortable stay at the hotel indigo in Shanghai great location right on the river with a fantastic bar at the top of the building with the best view you could ask for, looking forward to an upgrade of the venue itself, it's got potential for a great upscale lounge vibe. The staff are very eager to help, and speak good english. The rooms are spacious and the best thing about Indigo on the bund...
First time staying here. Overall, the hotel service was great, but breakfast was a bit mediocre. The air conditioning in the room had a slight noise, and the automatic light in the changing room had an issue, turning on once in the middle of the night while I was sleeping.
Loved the hotel, our room was great could see the whole harbour. Special thanks to Rita who looked after us in the dinning and business centre.
Thank you for making our stay memorable.

My stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the room was spotlessly clean with comfortable, soft bedding. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the gym and pool were easy to use. The location is excellent, close to transport links with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food...
An older hotel that's generally comfortable, and the location is excellent. The room was reasonably quiet and clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the bedding was fine, as were the air conditioning and water temperature. The room's odor could be improved.
The room quality felt pretty standard, like an older star-rated hotel. It was a twin room, and each bed was a bit too small, but I could manage to sleep on one by myself. Overall, it was an average experience.
My stay this time was a really bad experience. First, the bathroom drain in my room (on the 20th floor) had a terrible odor. We asked housekeeping to spray some air freshener, but it didn't help at all. Second, the water pressure for the shower was very low. Third, the bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly noisy. Fourth, the toilet paper provided by the hotel was of terrible quality—it was so thin that...
Huge shoutout to Xiao Wang at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with her genuine smile and felt her incredibly attentive service. She was very flexible in handling things, truly making me feel at home. With an employee like her, it's hard for the hotel not to thrive. Full marks!
The room was great and clean, the location was very convenient for transportation, and the staff were highly professional and attentive!

It was a great experience.
Atmosphere is nice and comfortable and safety.
Location is good.
The room was spacious and the environment was good. Breakfast was just okay; by the time we came down, there wasn't much left to eat except for fruit, which they did replenish. The restaurant staff during breakfast hours weren't very friendly either; they seemed annoyed when asked questions.
Stayed here for an exam at Chuansha Middle School, and it was super convenient, just a few minutes' drive away. This hotel offers great value for money. You can tell it's an older property, but it's really well-maintained. The soundproofing is excellent, so it was very quiet, and the housekeeping staff did a very thorough job cleaning.
To be honest, the actual environment and facilities didn't live up to the grand impression from Trip.com; I felt a bit let down upon arrival. The hotel's surroundings were a bit dirty and messy, and the hotel facilities felt a bit outdated. There was also a musty smell in the lobby and rooms. You could tell the original building materials were high-end, but unfortunately, the maintenance has been subpar...
This was my second visit, and the free shuttle to Disneyland was a great perk. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. My family was very happy. We will definitely be back!.

This is my second hotel in Shanghai on my business trip. The room offered a striking, direct view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. Its central location near the Bund and Nanjing Road made it highly convenient for both meetings and exploring the city. Overall, a distinctive and well-executed stay that complements a business trip with a more contemporary edge.
Excellent service, especially a big thank you to my personal room attendant who provided outstanding service. The hotel environment is fantastic, and it will definitely be my top choice for business trips to Shanghai in the future. Also, the chocolates are absolutely incredible, especially the white chocolate ones!
Our stay in Shanghai was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location on central Nanjing Road was perfect, surrounded by the energy of the city while still feeling luxurious and comfortable.

The room was very nice , and service was amazing ! Thank you Zora and all other staff members for the hospitality!!
The location is excellent, right on East Nanjing Road. I loved the signature scent of the Edition Hotel, and the room felt incredibly spacious thanks to the high ceilings, with a great view of the Oriental Pearl Tower nearby. Close to Honqiao travel complex.5 Min drive.Hotel os bit inside and google location is not precise.Taxi drivers know it.They are good and its very clean hotel. They try to communicate in english via translator machine.Good and works.
This Mercure hotel is located in one of the Hongqiao developments right within the compound - this requires a bit of ‘searching’ for the taxi drivers as at present the area is quite dark and empty during night times. Need to search for the sign to find the entrance from the main road.
Reception staff is friendly but barely speaks any English. Translation apps help overcome this.

1st time it was difficult to find the location, but for it finally. A out 1.2 kms from major railway station, metro and airport. Breakfast is having good variety, though they should write in english too. Nice decent and quite hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new.
Cleanliness: The bathroom needs a more thorough cleaning.
Environment: The surrounding environment is good and convenient for getting around.
Service: The front desk made check-in very easy, and they were very friendly.
The hotel's immediate proximity to Shanghai Railway Station is incredibly convenient. However, the facilities are quite old, and it's one of those outdated connecting rooms. I just took a quick shower and went straight to bed.
The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive and spotless! The ambiance is also super cozy, making you feel right at home. The service is top-notch and attentive, highly recommended.

Nice hotel near with the Metro subway which Luzhajie and Laoximen.
Clean and tidy, with friendly service and a good surrounding environment.
The room was bright and spacious, with a huge bed that perfectly matched the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is super close to Xintiandi and Dongtaili. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff's warm welcome and the polite doorman. My stay was so comfortable that I extended it for several more days! What a great find! 😀
The hotel's location is great. The room was relatively clean, but the facilities were basic and a bit dated. The central air conditioning only allowed you to adjust the fan speed, not the temperature, and it was quite noisy. The water pressure wasn't strong enough, and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. It's okay for a one-night stay, and the low price for this area makes it understandable...
Nice 3* hotel. Clean rooms, convenient location, not far from centre and pretty close to YuYuan. Breakfast limited in options but they have noodle- and egg stations, some fruits, bakery and classical chinese dishes. Coffee machine doesnt work at all. Potted coffee... omg just disgusting))))
Like the rooms. View, layout, bath... everything. Magnificent international hotel is really magnificent ))) oh...
The hotel is actually comfortable, but because it is located on a big highway, so you have to walk at least 500 meters to get to the nearest culinary and minimarket. It doesn't matter if you are a didi user on all your trips. Although not all staff here are friendly, but the best service is from housekeeping who always smiles when meet us.

The hygiene and service were excellent! They even gave my child two free breakfasts, which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was plentiful and the view from the window was unique. Plus, it's really close to all the attractions.
First off, the service was excellent! The front desk lady (I think her name was Ashin) was really enthusiastic and professional. I highly recommend the Bund River View room! The view is absolutely stunning!! Although it's a bit older, it's very clean. And the fried dumplings at breakfast were delicious!!! The breakfast overall had a Western focus.

Location: The hotel is only about an 8-minute walk from Metro Line 6, making it very convenient to get anywhere.
