I love this hotel, but when I arrived at 2:30 this time my room wasn't ready, a bit frustrating as check in is 2:00.

The hotel is actually comfortable, but because it is located on a big highway, so you have to walk at least 500 meters to get to the nearest culinary and minimarket. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the room was quite nice! Xiao Jia and Xiao Yang provided excellent service with a very professional attitude!

I booked this hotel before knowing the exact location. This was probably the biggest let-down. Because it takes 50-60min to travel to 'The Bund' On the map it looks close enough to the centre, but it is quite far from the tourist attractions (Nanjing road, Yu Garden, and Lujiazui Station)  Subway is about 900m from here, so walking takes 15min. A car would be about 15Yuan and a bike is 2. But then...

This is. A very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast is tasty and with many options . I love the staff always willing to help. And the services are amazing .
