Very friendly staffs, esp Concierge Hunter. He was so patience with guiding me how to use the didi for the first time and even wrote me a directions on a paper making sure I can get my way back to the hotel. I stayed at the Grand Hyatt the night before going to Universal Studios, and checked in a bit late, which caused a slight delay. The hygiene was decent, but the makeup mirror in the bathroom was really inconvenient – it was too low and kept sliding down, clearly broken. The biggest issue, though, was that parking wasn't complimentary.

The pool is a standard 25-meter length and the water quality is clean.

This hotel is like a time capsule from the 90s. The carpets, decor, colours, everything has been meticulously maintained over the years.
