Overall, a very nice family-friendly hotel. "Water Park" is a bit of a stretch, they have (from what I saw) 3 water slides of no great size, but we weren't there for that anyway. Amazing staff, the best service I have received in a hotel, every request was dealt with immediately, with a smile on the face. Really, the service experience here was the best I've had in my entire life. The rooms are large and air-conditioned. Highly recommend their Greek restaurant, a particularly delicious experience.

We had a lovely holiday however not 4 star and absolutely not worth the cost. Nothing wrong with 3 star hotels which is all i would rate this but for price disappointing as agreed with many guests we met on holiday. Need major improvements to gain ULTRA4 star in our opinion

Just left the resort after a 7 night stay. Absolutely loved every minute of our holiday. The accommodation was very clean with great air con. It was well equipped, and when we arrived in the early hours there was a fully stocked fridge with sandwiches and drinks. Protaras plaza hotel is located in a very nice spot , the hotel itself is very nice, clean & spacious. Stayed for 2 weeks here and what an excellent find, lovely clean big room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Great location at the quiet end of the ***** and just a few minutes from the beach, but you had to be there by 9.30 to get a sunbed, the pool you could come down anytime and find sunbeds. We Stayed as a couple for 14 nights from Aug 20 and had a nice relaxing stay. Stayed her at the end of October for a week. It was faultless. It’s 3 star but I’ve stayed in worse 4 and 5 star hotels. All the staff were excellent, always going beyond their call of duty. Very much a resort hotel but nice. Adults only provided a quiet stay. I would love to go back when COVID is over as the masks on masks off was a bother but not the hotel's fault. The private beach area was a bit rocky but not as crowded as other beaches in the area where they were stacking punters like deckchairs.

The hotel is clean, rooms aren't massive but they are clean as well. The pool is small, far too small for big inflatables and ball games. Some so called adults acted worse than children. If you have a late flight don't stay here, I don't think they have even heard of a late checkout room.

Solid simple hotel in a great location on the boardwalk. Good breakfast, attentive housekeeping, simple but comfortable rooms with balconies. No toiletries provided and the towels were rather worn out, and weirdly there's a big vacant lot between the hotel and the sea, but overall the property is great value.

Arriving at flouressia gardens we were checked in and shown to our bungalow it was a ground floor property looking onto the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flouressia Gardens in October 2023 as a family of five. Our only regret is not booking directly with them rather than using a third party website. Hotel is a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff were spot on especially bar staff. Rooms were nothing special but done as a base for the week. The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it.
