Great little out of the way hotel. The family absolutely loved it. The staff are warm and friendly. The location is great the room was very clean and comfortable. Good food just a very small selection each day. The all Inclusive bar menu more than makes up for it though. The cocktail menu on the AI is good and measures strong.

Just returned from a week here, nice little hotel rooms are a bit dated, double stove was a bit rusty but never used, shower curtain needed changing but all in all a great little base, staff were friendly. We had a sea view room only 2 floors up but no lift but was fine

After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy. Toilet in bathroom badly stained due to poor maintenance....

Maria who is the owner is exceptional, the service that we received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the villa was clean and very well equipped, the location was good but as we came in the off season most places were closed, but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. In the off season the villa is very quiet and we had amazing sleep. We had a great time and would recommend this place

Good hotel with friendly staff, good swimming both in the sea and the pool.

Awesome place and awesome beach but too much kids. The hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can visit the snack bar to get ice cream with all the sauces. Nuget, pizza, sandwiches, French, burgers, jelly and other little delicacies can be fetched anywhere. The hotel has two swimming pools, but if you are a clown, a kid or a bamse horrible then you should be careful.

The tennis courts and the swimming pool are great. The rooms are spacious and comfy for value travelers. The property is close to everything you might want to visit in Protaras. Definitely value for money!

How a place can go downhill in 4 months is unbelievable. Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern. They offer the full range of accommodation choice too, from Self Catering, right through to All inclusive. I would not hesitate to use these when I return.

Stayed here for one night, room was lovely and clean, pool was unusual as it has grey tiles and not the normal blue, but it’s great us of space. The hotel in on the strip which is end to end with hotels and bars & restaurants. Great family place. Fig Tree Bay is less than a 5-minute walk away. Great location, very clean, with a wide variety of options for breakfast. The staff was excellent and the value for money was outstanding. We stayed in building B, which was surprisingly quiet despite being right in the busy tourist area. Basic but clean and comfortable. Great location with at least a dozen bars and restaurants within 200m. Bus stop nearby for a regular service into Protaras (5 mins) for 2 Euro. Pernera a nice quiet resort with plenty of facilities.

The hotel is perfect for a budget-friendly holiday. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Jahed, who is very friendly and a true gentleman. He made us feel appreciated and comfortable right from the moment we arrived. Overall, a pleasant stay and excellent service for the price!

Location, location, location. A right turn from the hotel for a 10 minutes walk to the first of a number of beautiful small cove beaches. A left turn and 5 minute walk to the centre of Pernera with a load of restaurants and bars, maybe not the hectic nightlife some require but live music, karaoke and plenty of D J,s playing a wide range of music until the early hours. Special mention to the karaoke...

Nice hotel apartment, cleaning every day, towels changed every 3 days, nice swimming pool, closest beach around 300m away, a lot of restaurants around, bus stop on 200m away

Rooms bit dated ,shower not a lot of pressure but good hot water ,good kitchen with tea coffee toaster and coffee blender,cups plates etc ,very friendly staff ,great pool not to deep for youngsters ,plenty of sun loungers .we went 25th August till 6th sept .would definitely return as in a great location and short walk to bars restaurants.

First of all.there.was a delay.2 hours to give us the key they did not enough staff to clean the appartments there was a general delay for all clients. I am not satisfy for the cleanlness at the 4th day i asked them to give us clean towels with the excuse that their washing mashine has broken...it needs rennovation. its too old
