I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I really enjoyed the food, the lohikeitto for dinner was delicious and the mustamakkara served at breakfast was very tasty.

The hotel is on the top of ski slope, in winter time driving there could be challenging for first timer, but over all is good, maybe the room needed more improvement, but the lobby and parking is very nice

It was near to the appuka resort shuttle bus if you have booked activities with them. All the necessary shop and restaurant are closed and round the corner. I would choose this hotel again if I come again

Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner

I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze

Location is great, right on the shopping street. A few minutes walk to the closest bus stop 6/8 and airport/santa Claus Express! Staff is friendly, room is clean and spacious. Enjoy the stay here!

Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly

It is nice that sokos hotels remember the pets with a goodie bag but a shame it's always only dogstuff. The room was great, clean, good bed, the big tv with chrome cast was a nice surprise

Hesburger was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to the opening hours. The food at the Classic Pizza restaurant came quickly, and food was good

There's a K-market nearby, but I recommend shopping at the more affordable Sale. The city center is about 30 minutes from the hotel. Public transportation is available if needed

Second time at holiday Inn Helsinki-West Ruoholahti, this time get to know the gym, not to big but with plenty of different machines so you can do a complete workout. Breakfast as always excellent.

It was very good. Although it's a bit far from Helsinki, you can get there within 30 minutes by train or bus. Considering access to the Marimekko headquarters and the airport, I think it's a good location.

The apartment location is strategic, building is visible from the train station, short walk to the apartment from train station. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to either airport or citycentre. The apartment is well equiped

One evening, when I returned around 9 PM, I panicked a bit because my room key, which had worked for the entrance and elevator, wouldn't open my room door. Thankfully, it eventually opened after about 20 minutes

Some cons i will comment is the room does not come with a hair dryer as described, you need to get it from a common area near to your room and there is no remark about the hair dryer when i made my booking

The area is in zone B , in between the city Center and the airport. There is a train from airport to reach the accommodation. When exiting the platform just look up to see the building direction

At the old building site the rooms are cozy, tastefully decorated. View to the lake. Minibar, coffee machine included, the bath is clear. But the shampoo cartridge was empty 😂. The bad is comfortable.
