The location of this hotel is good, can walk to the port going to Tallinn, the staff are nice , allow us late check out

The location was great for taking an early ferry to Tallin. The studio was spacious and clean, and the kitchen has utensils to cook. They even have a Finnish sauna!

The rooms are well-equipped, featuring most of the essentials: a kitchenette with a small fridge, induction hob, and microwave, as well as a TV, sofa, small table, some cupboards, and a bathroom with a WC, large shower, and sink

So beautiful, beyond expectations! Seriously, it's gorgeous. High ceilings and a great view, definitely worth the price.

The area by the bed was a bit dirty, but everything else was good.

This so-called hotel is actually an apartment for athletes. The comfort of the bed is not very good, there are few breakfast options, the room heating is not good, and the overall experience is average.

The receptionist lady was very nice, we arrived before the check in time but we had our room ready and she let us in. The breakfast was okay and there were microwace and cuttlery in the room too🥰🤗

This hotel offers excellent value in Rovaniemi. Great facilities including a pool with hot tubs, but also - at additional cost - a big kids play area, bowling, and all kinds of sports and/or equipment

Very friendly staff who are excellently capable of speaking English. The rooms are very clean en we have everything we need in the rooms. The food here was great! Breakfast and diner buffet

You can walk to an observation tower just nearby if aurora forecast looks good - we saw amazing auroras here - no tour or car needed if the sky is clear

The hotel has a sauna with separate time slots for men and women. The breakfast setup was very atmospheric, with a good variety of food, excellent quality, and a spacious dining area. We had a very enjoyable evening.

They allow earlier check-in too if room already available! Be careful on toilet as the water may leak on ground, it is design problem nothing can be changed though

Room is a bit small but all is good. Breakfast is okay, buffet style breakfast. A long walk from city center to the hotel, it would be a long miserable walk if you are carrying a suitcase on the snowy ground

I saw a review mentioning that the front desk would heat up food if you asked, as there's no microwave, so I tried, but they couldn't do it. I guess the only good thing about this place is its location

It's quite well-located, and we absolutely loved the hotel and the very attentive staff! The lady at reception was lovely and even taught us a few Finnish words

The only small drawback I'd mention is that the breakfast was a bit cold, but other than that, I'm delighted! 🥰

As well as Hugo who helped us as well with a booking. We were able to do an alternate tour. Dinner food was great as well as the services, the breakfast is plentiful with a wide selection and very good

A pretty good accommodation experience

The igloo is very new and nicely decorated! It's just a 10 mins walk to Santa claus village. Breakfast and dinner are great! Front desk staff is friendly and they explain everything in a professional and friendly manner

We are so lucky to have a very beautiful aurora there, also I would show my appreciation to the staff of the hotels whose really helpful, a lady on the reception even help me to give a little surprise for my birthday client, the dinner and breakfast also delicious, I would really recommend this accommodation to others 😊

This hotel is also the pick up point for our icebreaker cruise which is really convenient for us. They also allow us to store our luggages for the whole day while we went for our day tour

Rooms are good although a little dark ,location was good for me and the undercover car park is a great addition to stop you getting buried in snow

We liked this hotel. We had room with balcony and enough space. Beds were comfortable and parking is free on the street. The best was breakfast that is open until 12pm. Morning was a little bit noisy.

The hotel is in a good, central location in Rauma and offers its own parking lots. I'd come back, when in Rauma again

Good location, quiet hotel, rooms are ok size. Value is standard of this side of Finland. My room was clean and it has minifridge. Sauna area was clean and updated recently. Service was good and flexible

The hotel is a piece of art in itself! What an architectural gem. Not too much choice but quality is there. The parc around is super peaceful and the deck to go in the sea after Sauna is amazing

First about the pros: *) location is amazing - the views are picturesque and it’s very convenient to get around by car, bike, public transport and even on foot *) the hotel itself shows it’s timeless design - looks great in every detail - both with respect to rooms, common spaces and all facilities

Water in the indoor swimming pool was a bit chilly, but otherwise both sauna and pool area were clean and well maintained. We’ll gladly come back one day

Pool and sauna have limited hours (morning and evening) so carrefour with children. Without a car you won’t do anything around

Our room was very good and we got very good service (breakfast and help with our stay by the personnel). Parts of the hotel could be renovated (carpets near the stairs), but overall the condition is good

Friendly hotel with lots of 1930s character. The lift is very unusual where you open a door to get in and out! The bed could have been more comfortable but other than that the room was a good size and clean

Five mins walk from old town Rauma. Good breakfast, and even single rooms have wide comfy beds. Plenty of parking space.

Great hotel, super convenient

Swimming outside in -18 and your hair freezes up and just the whole experiences. Plane hold froze up delay for 3 hours in minus 27 but no one looses there heads or panics, pizza in the spa hotel the best too

We had a very good holiday here in Design Hotel Levi for the second time. Great Place to stay with children. The service was great and very courteous

It was also a very quiet location, which means a lot as there was Rock Off happening a block down the road and the Tall Ships were in town. We also loved that breakfast was included

What is really brilliant, is the very nice and helpful reception staff, who will give you comprehensive information about local transport, sights, and will recommend a really great local restaurant (Kissanviisket, you must visit)

alba hotel was excellent, specially with that amazing view to the lake jyvasjarvi. the breakfast was great! i love this hotel. the only negative point is that there is no refrigerator in the rooms!

The hotel is a century-old hotel full of history. Although the facilities are old, they are clean and tidy. The view and scenery are also good. The refrigerator is full of drinks and snacks.

Basic hotel with automatic check-in and self-service access. The door code arrived by email and SMS at 08. The door code doesn’t expire until checkout time, so a late arrival (01. 30) from the Umeå ferry wasn’t a problem
