The rooms are clean and very high quality. Prices are not too high. The only disadvantage is the distance from the city centre, but at least there is a good bus connection.

Amazing hotel, in a good area of Helsinki. Not too far from the beach. Decor is very modern. The gym is huge for a hotel gym. Also allowed me to use the gym/spa area after I checked out before my evening flight.

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki has an excellent location, within walking distance to city center attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the 24-hour service is attentive

Perfect location to loads of restaurants/ cafe / fast food. Directly opposite the train station that service VR train to various parts of Finland. There is also a link department store and 24 hours supermarket

The breakfast was good with lots of variety: fruits, vegetables, different breads, cold cuts, cheeses, porridge, cereals, hot food selection, desserts and the coffee was very tasty! I wanted an English Breakfast type of meal as you can see from the photo

Been many times in other cities and was always nothing but excellent. A room with a miniature sauna as such is a great idea. The sauna taking 40 minutes to heat feels a bit too much

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Turku. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, the rooms are relatively spacious compared to other hotels, and the breakfast is also good.

The forest scenery suites that we stayed in were in good condition and we found nothing bad in them (except they were on top of a steep hill but that tells more about my physical condition :) ) There is also another resort nearby called Kuru and they have a superb fine dining restaurant called Solitary

Far but worth it, this is my second time visiting the resort and it looks like they are always upgrading and growing now they have small villas that you can choose to stay in they are fitted with glass in the main bedroom that offers Panasonic view while still in bed Perfect for stargazing The saunas is so cool and one of the oldest saunas that you can enjoy still using wood to heat up

Wonderful place, surrounded by breathtaking nature, great variety of activities to do at the resort and beautiful places at short drive distances. Lovely and very helpful staff too

The cottages are around a 10-minute walk to the main hotel, although this can easily turn into 20–30 minutes if you have children who want to stop for snowball fights along the way

Largest bed in europe I have ever slept, best receptionists I have ever encountered in europe and great location, with free coffee and tea included in the price! Especially if you are coming with a car do not bother yourself with staying in city center, 10 minutes to the center by car and close to the nature

This is a modern Finnish hotel. The location and facilities are terrific, very convenient to the metro, bus lines and the tram. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The airport is a short distance away by transit.

This is a modern and comfortable hotel, where we slept peacefully and without disturbance. Restaurants and other retail facilities are not close by but the Fat Lizard brewery pub a short walk away is a big plus

It was a standard electric stove sauna, but since no one else used it at the same time, I had it all to myself and enjoyed it comfortably. - The breakfast menu had plenty of variety and was delicious

My impressions after staying during October when the snow hadn't yet accumulated. The building where my room was located had few guests. The room was old and simple but comfortable to use

- I had dinner once at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. - The K-Market in the village wasn't too far away, so shopping for groceries and such was no trouble

- Right next to the hotel was a trail into Urho Kekkonen National Park. I enjoyed the silence while walking the trail. (Bad) - I think the facilities are old

The door to my room didn't fit well and required a bit of a knack to open and close. I mentioned at checkout that the front desk staff should probably get it repaired

Got room on what seems to be the old side, so a bit run down. Also had to use extra lift to navigate within the same floor with child cart.

The other was that on each morning, there was no service to straighten up the rooms. Fortunately we were able to grab towels and toilet paper from the cart and it wasn't the worst problem to have but still surprising

Stayed for a few days in the hotel. Bathroom had an individual sauna which is a good touch. Breakfast is fine with selection of cold cuts, cheese, English breakfast. A few opportunity for food and shopping close by

There is a limited choice of hotels in Lappeenranta and the Scandic Patria is showing it's age inside and out (like most Scandics). All in all though, it is a good hotel, rooms are comfortable but dated

Very nice pool and sauna + steam room. While you're supposed to book times in advance, spontaneous use is also possible without restrictions. Breakfast is also very good, and the bar in the evening is highly recommended
