Cumulus hotel rooms are usually very ordinary, but this place had excellent service and great suited really well for hosting our union training. Great food. Gave extra star for overall experience.

The service and facilities were very Good , highly recommended!

A few tweaks would be good though: it would have been nice to have a kettle for tea/coffe and the bin in a bathroom was broken and it was odd that the cleaners hadn't spotted it

Decent, clean hotel with mostly elderly guests but also sportspeople. Great location.

The layout of the interior shows clearly it was a former hospital, but it's given charm by the old photos, tiny lounges, art deco staircases and nooks and crannies. My room was furnished with quality period furniture

From my balcony I looked over lawns and the lake. The grounds are large and have lake access, a pond, a sensory garden and a great little cafe serving waffles

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the surroundings nice and one can swim in the lake both on the beach and at the nearby ferry pier

Everything was excellent! Inside the room there is a very comfortable bed with kettle and mini bar. Bathroom and room are a good size, clean. Staff very friendly, good breakfast.

The room decor was very cozy, and we spent Christmas Eve in Rovaniemi. Both ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and cheerful. The breakfast was fantastic!

A good choice for a hotel when visiting Mariehamn. Walking distance from the port where cruises like Viking Line and Tallink docks, and you can reach a lot of the activites around Mariehamn by foot from here

The rooms had good ventilation and AC in the heat, perfectly good beds and the breakfast had lots to pick from, including warm options, and even vegan glutenfree alternatives

Actually quite nice place to live while skiing, surprisingly at least as good as MastonAtio (not sure about spelling). Clean, quiet, pretty close to ski lift so skiing in/skiing out both possible.

There are good and bad points to this place. It’s a nice spot not far from the frozen lake and ski lifts and a short walk into the main village. Really peaceful and pretty surroundings

The wifi was good and the apartment was always very warm What we didn’t like -: Our apartment could do with quite a bit of tlc! It felt quite dated and old and we had broken units locks not working screws hanging out of handles and the units in the bathroom were rundown with chunks missing out of the cupboard doors etc and the apartment felt quite small

What we liked in our apartment- We really enjoyed having an open fire and the sauna was nice. We had access to sledges which was a great bonus and there was also an endless supply of wood for the fire

Very comfortable studio apartment - family of 4 stayed - one room but we all fitted. Bathroom large and good shower, hairdryer provided. Basic kitchen but ample for our needs

In our apartment we also had two toilets which was good

And yet the best part, there's a ton of nice, posh places to have food from, just a few minutes of walk away. Also they have a huge mall and grocery store right in the next building. Our stay almost felt like home

Nice place, good location. Bad side was air in room. It was not enough fresh and window was not designed to be open.

The hotel room is fine, its location is very good, but the WiFi provided by the hotel is terrible, always lose connection, and reconnection always failed and take very long time.

The location is good as it's in the city centre, however the room is very small.

I was sick and coughing when I was waiting for a taxi at the lobby. The staff gave me a medicine and took care of me very gently. Room and facility are clean and comfortable. I will definitely use this hotel again

You cal also find a private beach and orhet places where you can swim in the lake. Mojority of cabins have a lave wiev. You cal also find a good restorant in campings area and mini waterpark which is popular among kids

We have 4 beds camping summer house. Located just next to the lake. Refrigerator, microwave and some cupboards in the house. One of the upstairs bed is much smaller. We rent the bedsheets and towels for €13 pp

The hotel restaurant has a great view, and the outdoor scenery is beautiful, overlooking a forest. The minibar is chargeable. The room has slippers and toothbrushes, but there are no USB ports; you'll need an adapter.

Such a serene place, topped off by a very picturesque spot for the northern lights. Activities were good Aurora Camp, Inari Day was very interesting to learn about the indigenous people

The hotel’s breakfast was excellent and very varied, definitely worth trying. The rooms were clean and tidy with an amazing view, especially if you plan to see the Northern Lights

There were few buses, so we had the hotel call a taxi for us, and we went to nearby souvenir shops, supermarkets, and fast food restaurants! Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the aurora, but we'd like to try again♪

The breakfast was perfect in my opinion, with a great variety of options, from savory items like sausages and potatoes to cold cuts, and even delicious pancakes with Nutella or jam

The receptionist was incredibly sweet and managed to calm me down, especially since I was a bit brusque at first, questioning why it wasn’t mentioned that it was a hospital hotel

In my opinion, it is the best suggestion for price-service. It has breakfast, laundry, clean rooms, not overfilled, and a pet friendly hotel. The location is great near by almost everything you want

The hotel service is very good, there are several bicycles that can be used for free, there is free coffee and tea in the lobby after ten in the morning, and pets are allowed.

A good basic hotel, nothing to miss, but it didn't offer anything amazing either. Breakfast good, not extensive but included everything needed. Overall a 4/5 experience.
