Not a three-star hotel. More like a homestay. Don't expect any housekeeping or soundproofing. But the staff always there to help wether you need slippers or an iron or fresh towels.

Pros: - Staff was lovely. - Breakfast was wonderful. - Reasonable price. Cons: - The flat is on the 4th floor, so if you have heavy and big suitcases you are in for some pain :). - The shower was not clean :(. - It also broke on us but did not get fixed. - One of the rooms were we initially checked in had major fungus and damp on the wall which smelled quite unhealthy.

I'm so happy I found that place. Excellent value for price. Rooms are clean, place is quiet. There is big kitchen with dining room, where you can cook! Might be little far from the seaside. For me location was perfect. In the morning if you open the window you can even hear rooster's scream from somewhere.

We really enjoyed staying at family hotel.. madam Nana and her family was very welcoming and easy to communicate..
Hotel was clean with good price ( 70 lari/day) one room with bathroom. Also There is washing machine and kitchen that you can use for free.
