Some Facts:
- The place I got was in the floor 46 ( The whole building is 47 Floors). You can enjoy the view.
# I liked the place in general, comfortable bed, good wi fi. nice balcony. Also, the location is very near to supermarkets and restaurant. in the 1st floor, there is a cork cafe in the 1st floor. Courtyard by marriott is 7 minutes walk. Piazza square is 20 -25 minutes by walk.
# What I wish to have?
- Better communication from the owner, it's not that clear nor friendly.
- The curtains don't prevent the day light completely. so, lights comes in to the room heavily
Generally, value for money is good , give it a try

Room is looking good, view is okay but it was so cold during new year. Air conditioning was not heating the room. There was a little bit of dirt on the bed. We had no hand soap, it came after we asked. Location is good, you can walk almost everywhere and find food nearby.

Good option for short stay. You will survive if you want to get bed and fell down after exploring city and surroundings. Reasonably cheap, drunk neighbour discussions in the night can be heard in hallway, but participation in these discussions are in your own. Security guards manage perfectly if situation is escalating. I stayed there 4 nights, and can suggest the place for world tour backpackers looking for bed, shower and central location.

This must have been the worst experience I have ever experienced. It felt like a meat market checking in, being shoved from pillar to post and the building offers no parking. The rooms wifi and TV did not work at all. It is also located in quite a noisy area. The price that we were quoted when making the booking was changed as checking in to be more expensive and we did not have breakfast included any longer. Very disappointed

Nice hotel to stay. Rooms are good and clean. Location in the center of Batumi.
Arrived during not "main season". Happy with the choice. Beds are very good !! any of my requests were satisfied.

nice clean room cooking possibility ,quiet area clean nice bathroom , 2nd larger refrigrators wire was too short to rich any plug

Pro: great access to the beach
Con:
1) the check-in is awful. I was checking in at 23:00, and it took me 40 minutes to check in. Very unorganized system
2) the elevators/lifts. They are the worst I’ve seen anywhere. I’ve lived in skyscrapers before (taller ones) and I’ve never seen anything as bad as this. There are about 50-70 rooms on each floor, and 50 floors total. There are a dozen lifts operating (and even then two or three of them are not working). So a massive crowd congregates at the lift, and sometimes it can take up to half an hour getting up or down to and from your room. Just awful.

I hate this hotel this is the first and last time literally one of the rooms there is no AC it’s not working at all and no ion and the washing machine is not working, I have been waiting for the lift 1hour every time just to go down do you imagine?????
The last day I wanted to go with my luggage me and the staff waited for an hour to go down!!! And the line till the reception for the lift!!!
I'm not happy about this hotel I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!

It's a very good and comfortable room. with a high floor and reasonable price, the view was amazing, the service and communication were very smooth and great. hope will visit again soon
