The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

The hotel does not have a gym or spa. There is a private spa that does not belong to the hotel for a fee. I was explained that the cost of entry is 100 GEL and there is a discount for hotel guests. The supplement must be taken into account in the room costs.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It is impossible to find a hotel without calling, which is very inconvenient from the point of view of check-in service.

There's a large balcony with a great view of the sunset and the sea. The room is clean and tidy, perfect for families.

I booked this hotel as a “five-star property” in Batumi, but the experience was completely misleading and unacceptable.
The hotel is actually inside a residential/office building with no proper hotel facilities. It is located on a main street where it is impossible to stop the car to unload luggage. On a stormy, rainy day there was no parking, no staff to assist, no bellboy, not even an umbrella – nothing you would expect from a five-star hotel.
When I raised my complaint, the hotel refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation.
I strongly advise anyone looking for a true five-star experience to stay away from this place. Misleading, disappointing, and not worth the money.
