I had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the city. The amenities, including the breakfast and Wi-Fi, were excellent and contributed to a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The location was very good and convenient, and the receptionist was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. However, the overall stay was below my expectations. The electricity was switched off exactly at check-out time, making it difficult to finish packing and leave comfortably. In addition, although the booking included two children, only one extra pillow was provided, which was inconvenient. While I appreciated the helpful staff and the location, these issues affected the overall experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. Special thanks to Tornike – he was always ready to help and assisted me with everything. I would definitely love to stay here again!

The staff were helpful and spoke English well. The view from the balcony was lovely. The TV was large, the room clean and tastefully decorated and the bathroom luxurious with great hot water supply. Tea and coffee were provided and the hotel had a nice calm ambiance. I highly recommend this place to others visiting Batumi.

Everything was comfortable, clean and well-organized, which made our stay very relaxing. Special thanks to Tornike for his excellent service, professionalism and kindness, he was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better.

We spent 4 nights in these modern, newly built apart-hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and the balcony nice but the view is poor, looking into the back of the next apartment. The air-conditioning systems at the back of the other building is also constantly noisy. The beach and Boulevard is nearby, across a busy road.

The hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floors of a 27-story tower. It is located on the first line - across the road from the embankment. There is a shopping center and bus stops nearby - very convenient. Water is provided only upon check-in. One minus - there is absolutely no place to dry things.

There was Electricity blackout whole night. Hair dryer wasnt working and they did not fix or replace. I paid extra cash for early check in. Lobby front desk was always absent. Room is small for the price. Cleaning service once in three days. Water and coffee provided only once you check in. It is not too bad i guess.
